Classist. They assume anyone that lives in a smaller place isn't capable of maintaining a storage unit. Shallow, NIMBY and rude. If you want to meet a real life Karen, head this way.

Facility was very clean, attractive, and well maintained. If you could rent a space without dealing with either of the couple who own it, this would be a 5 star review. These owners are positively scary, from a personal point of view. I won't elaborate further, but proceed cautiously if you decide to deal with them.

Worst experience! All I asked for was what size units are available and the prices. The lady kept asking me if I had a 2 or 3 bedroom house. I explained I was simply inquiring on availability and price and that I was capable of determining what size worked for me. However, I'm sure she didn't hear any of this as she talked over me in a rude and condescending tone.She kept saying she didn't want to waste her time or mine...so I thanked her and ended the call. Obviously not the place for me.

I give them no Stars because they told me I need a residence to rent a storage unit.. who do you think needs storage units most of all. Discusting business policy..

I have been renting with this storage for about a year. The owner doesn't put up with people crap. As long as you communicate with her she will work with you. I love the unit we rented. It is very clean and is maintained well. I recommend this storage

Facility is very clean and secure. I read other reviews rating this place as poor and thought people were exaggerating about the owners attitude. We decided to check it out as it's a nice facility. She asked some very unusual questions having nothing to do with us wanting to rent a unit. I'm a chaplain & trained to deal with people from all walks of life. Quite honestly I feel sorry for this woman & makes me wonder what happened in her life to create such a defense with people. Her rudeness as a business owner actually astonished us. We decided not to use this facility, as we didn't want to deal with such a negative person. I wish her well, but no thank you.

Meh! All I wanted was a price quote or few......& I was spoken down to over the phone and treated like a clueless city bimbo.....I am local & why does that even MATTER? Had I been from out of town I would have felt unwelcome and having to explain my locality is inappropriate. Posting a website from here with prices would have helped me avoid the phonecall at all.
