She, the owner, is a bitch, most locals know this. she's been trying to sell the business for years but can't give it away because she thinks it's worth a lot more than it is. Her shitty selfish attitude is putting her own self out of business. Some of the young girls that work there have been really nice and friendly, the opposite of the owner , but she has a high turnover rate and her employees don't last long for the same above reason, she's just a sour bitch that treats everyone like crap. She's so miserable I feel sorry for her. NorCal packing & shipping is the place you want to go to. Its only 1 mile north of Coast Pack & Ship on the same street at 221 North Main Street Fort Bragg, CA 95437 USA (707) 964-7447 It's the exact same time of business but they are friendly as can be and you leave there feeling happy , and not like when you leave Coast Pack and Ship where you're likely to leave angry. Just another shop keep that care more about money than their customers satisfaction . Coast Pack & Ship lady owner doesn't see to understand that every time a customer leaves there feeling slighter by her, that they tell 10 other people not to patronize her business and then if they really take the time to write online review , then potentially hundreds if not thousands of potential customers are lost, and pretty soon , you're out of business because your reputation is shit. Thats an ignorant and shortsighted way to run a business.

I had a very poor experience dropping off some pre-labeled returns here. I waited in line for 30 minutes which is not their fault (the man ahead of me was sending 10 different large packages all over the world) but when I got to the counter they told me they charge a $1 per package fee for prelabeled packages. I found this odd as returns are paid for but it's a small town store and this is only a $2 charge so I obliged and attempted to pay. I only had credit cards and debit cards with me and was told they need cash as it's not worth their time to accept a credit card because of the fees even when they have a sign saying they accept Amex/visa/discover etc. I offered to go get cash from the bank (again it's $2) but asked if I could leave my packages while I ran out. The clerk told me to "just get out" and that she didn't need my money. She sent the packages and didn't charge me but the interaction was very odd and I didn't receive a receipt or any form of tracking confirmation. I like supporting small businesses like this one, but I would not recommend sending your packages here as they clearly are very rude and do not value their customers.

Brenda is super knowledgeable and helpful. She found a storage unit fore in a near full facility. She helped me ship a load of stuff to distant relatives for a reasonable sum. She found a locked storage area for 28 boxes of shredding. And then she helped me -- after hours -- unstick the door of my storage unit. Exceptional service! Thank you, Brenda!

Excellent customer service at this pack and ship store ... They have boxes and tape and everything else you need to get your things shipped. Have used this place multiple times, always excellent service. Just a note, it is a little hard to find, but it is right off the main road in a little strip mall of other stores... Look for the sign above the door.
