“Although I like theIntoxalock product, (which Pulse installs and services, my original installer in Berkeley's instructions they gave on its use were totally incorrect and I was totally locked out for about a week due to no fault of my own. Additionally, the Intoxalock company itself gave out totally incorrect information on it's use in their catalog and on their app. After having my car towed to a local coastal town (Pulse) I was visiting, I was finally given the correct instructions by Pulse in Fort Bragg, California who I highly recommend!”
