“I came in with my oil way down because I couldn't open the cap. The fellow - apologies for not asking his name - helped me choose the right oil, opened the cap and poured it in, greased the cap so I could open it, and made suggestions about what to do next. I left feeling really grateful about living in a town where people help each other out like this.
