I am changing my review from 2 to 5 stars. The manager contacted me and and the rectified the problem and apologized for the inconvenience.”

“Very small PO but great service.Counter is through the door, on the left, when you go through the front door.When you enter, the mailboxes are straight ahead.It's so small that you should wait until someone exits the counter area before entering.”

“I absolutely LOVE this store. They are so helpful, efficient, quick, kind.... I could go on and on. I can't say enough good things about this store. Lovely people who service the community at top notch.
Also this store does so much more than just shipping. They do notary, printing invites for special occasions, passport photos, faxing, scanning, shredding, mailboxes, amazon returns/ returns in general, copying, and so much more. It amazed me to learn about all the services they offer.
Windsor is so lucky to have this store due to the owners and staff. They have helped me with so many different needs and I'm still finding new services they offer everytime I go in there.
Check them out before going else where as their services and pricing are unbeatable.

Plenty of parking and even shaded which is very hard to find in this hot box that is California.Very nice and helpful ladies at the counter. “First the PO changes our street numbers here in odd fellows park, so now depending on who you get mail from. Makes getting your mail confusing, I’ve learned to deal with that. But now another problem keeps happening, I thought there is Sunday mail delivery? I have had a few amazon orders saying they’d be delivered on a Sunday . Yet everytime tracking says “ undeliverable “. Or address not found etc. there’s no excuse for this to continue. I expect my orders when tracking says it, yet on a Sunday there’s always different reasons as to why I don’t get my delivery. I wish amazon would start delivering out here with there own delivery vehicles, like in SR or RP. Our mail varies on what time it gets here as it is, can be as late as 7pm. Not a big deal, but not getting deliveries on sundays ? I’ll be calling to find out if mail is even delivered on sundays , so I’ll at least know for sure. And if the postal person is just not wanting to deal with pkgs on sundays, I question it because the reasons for not getting delivered keep changing. So research, says there is mail delivery and certain amazon orders delivered on sundays. So I’ll definitely be looking into this”

“I called this facility trying to get in contact with FedEx in Windsor, and even though I'm sure that the team are sick of calls like mine, the woman who answered the phone had the patience of a saint, and very politely explained the misunderstanding (they're a third party licensed FedEx shipping facility, not responsible for package deliveries to homes), and gave me all of the information that I needed to contact FedEx directly. It's rare to find such polite and helpful customer service these days!”
