“I've been going here as needed over several years. My most recent visit was in search of an alternator. Mike ordered one which had to be brought from Sacramento. The next day when it arrived, we quickly noticed that the wrong one had been put in the box. Mike went above and beyond by calling other Napa a.p, but then calling local competitors, which finally led to the right alternator the following morning.
I hope this store keeps it's helpful attitude for many years here in Sebastopol.”

“Keith and his team are both professional and honest. I first towed it to the Honda dealer, who charged me $300 for nothing. Ricks's Auto was so kind and didn't charge me $300 to tell me what was wrong with it. Their focus is solely on the customer and my car was completed in two hours.
