Was told by an employee that an item in store would not be price matched to the same item on walmart.com at a cheaper price even though it's stated on their corporate website policy

We were grabbing some Christmas candy and bags for gifts at this Walmart today at 8:30 am or so and this tweaker who was ironically wearing a heart tie dye shirt walked by my husband myself and our small dog who was bothering no one and screamed at us about how we aren't allowed to have dogs in the store. She was chewing gum or her tongue like a brick of concrete and was threatening to kill our dog & spit towards us. Employees watched and did nothing. Mind you there's tons of other dogs in the store; on leashes and in carts. Our dogs is 5 lbs and was in a cart.

Wal-Mart of Foothill Ranch, CA: Answer your phone!! I called the AutoCare center 13 times and letting it ring off the wall but no answer. Someone answered the AutoCare phone and hung up!!! I tried the Operator and also no answer!!! Is your store that busy or terribly understaffed?

So I don't know how to put Instacart on Yelp but I've been with them for years and never had a problem until today, but I'm really complaining about is the Shopper. He is the rudest most unprofessional shopper I've ever dealt with. I ordered 23 items and it took him two hours to get two items into the cart because he was doing multiple orders anyways because I asked him how many orders he was doing. He decided he would just cancel my order. So if you're in the Laguna area I'm gonna post a picture on here so you know what he looks like his name is Eric if you get him to do your shopping for you beware to get horrible customer service! He explained to me that he didn't care if he got a bad review and then he laughed.

Just spent over $800 on groceries this week and I am absolutely disgusted! The bakery needs to be closed permanently! Hairs in every single one of our donuts! Long black hair in both the cream filling and under the chocolate! Absolutely disgusted! Every item that was produced by Walmart had hair or bugs in it! Donuts, pies, pastries, cakes! Nearly $1000 on 4th of July supplies and more than half of it was thrown out! Absolutely disgusting!

I recently visited in search of a luggage scale that their application indicated was available in-store. Unfortunately, my experience with their customer service left a lot to be desired. After checking the aisle, I approached an employee for assistance, and they directed me to page the home department manager for further help. What followed was an incredibly frustrating ordeal. I patiently waited for 20 minutes, repeatedly requesting for the manager to be called. First, I was informed that the manager had already left for the day. When I suggested contacting another manager or the store manager, I was informed that there were no managers available in the store. This lack of managerial presence was rather surprising and concerning. To make matters worse, one of the employees responded to my inquiries in a rude manner. They bluntly stated that all managers had coincidentally taken their break at the same time, leaving nobody available to assist customers. Furthermore, they nonchalantly mentioned that even though the application and system showed the item as available, they might not actually have it in stock. To my astonishment, as I was leaving the store, I spotted the manager casually standing next to the cashiers. It was evident that they were aware of my situation but chose not to lend a helping. I sincerely hope that their upper management takes this feedback seriously and makes the necessary improvements to their customer service!

I really love the new remodel Walmart is going through. It makes me realize how beat up the store was getting. It's so fun to have a clean brand new cart to zoom around within each of the areas, going through their metamorphose. Grateful for the fitting rooms coming back. I'm surprised at the clothing Walmart offers and how much of it I seem to keep buying. Glad they are reinvesting in a facelift of the store for all of us.A big reason I really love the store is the people that work there. All the way from the checkout, to the greeters, and especially the pharmacy! Big shout out to Farnaz and Eric, and everyone there that have really been compassionate with me during all my medical trials. They are always good about explaining things and answering questions and they always try to get the best deals on whatever it is I need to buy. I LOVE THEM! I also just love the greaters there are so many of them I don't know all of their names but we definitely recognized them all by sight. Aliyah is one I just visited with the other day and I just loved her dearly. Most of these big grocery short chains have high turnover and nobody knows anybody but it seems like even for its size, there's a low ecosystem community there and the people really do care. But be patient with them... I believe they are all doing their best and when they get to know you, they really try even harder. I myself really do love the store and the folks that work here.

I was excited to find a location that had the items I wanted in stock. However, I was disappointed to learn that the fitting room was closed. The store suggested that I buy the items and try them on at home, with the option to return them if they didn't fit. This was inconvenient for me, as returns can take a long time at customer service. Overall, my experience was disappointing.

My sister bought a $100 Walmart Gift Card for me for Christmas. When I went to redeem it, it only had $17.46 on it. She went to the store where it was purchased, with receipt, and was told I had put a claim in on it. They said they knew where it had been spent, in La Habra, CA, and advised her to call the Police. My sister lives in San Juan Capistrano,CA and purchased it at the Laguna Niguel, CA store. I live in Sparks, NV and tried to purchase groceries online with the gift card. The manager said Customer Service told her that I did not want the $17.46 left on the card and invalidated it. I asked for the missing $83.00. and never said I didn't want the $17.46. We are seniors and money is tight. I have read all the gift card complaints on Twitter and Yelp about Walmart's reluctance to assist gift card customers and recipients. I buy groceries, other items and RXs at my local Walmart. I have since starting purchasing these items from other stores. Walmart's treatment of customers who purchase bogus gift cards is appalling. We have been treated like the criminals that perpetrated the fraud. The store should be calling the Police! It was purchased in one of their stores and know where it was spent. I would not be surprised if the employees were running this scam. The entire ordeal was treated like a cover up. The bottom line is Walmart should not be selling gift cards if they can't secure the cards behind the register to avoid this scam. They should also be willing to accommodate good customers who purchased the gift cards in good faith.

This Walmart is just like no other. The clientele is fine. The only difference is every single employee I've ever met there has been rude. They don't speak English and God forbid you walk out of there and don't buy something you're going to be looked at up and down. Walmart prices are going up and so should their customer service.

I don't shop at Walmart often. Its size is a little intimidating and the dreadful long check-out lines makes me cringe. But I do appreciate having it in my neighborhood because it has a wide selections of everyday items & stuff for gifts, and its price is always competitive. My haul today included a tub of yogurt that is $1 less than the near-by grocery store. Banana is only $0.59/lb. But the main objective is a tile game as a Christmas gift that I didn't find in other stores. Thanks Walmart!

I had a horrible experience today at Walmart. I had purchased 4 packs of bacon the morning of Thanksgiving for a Friendsgiving brunch. As I started to cook, I noticed one pack of bacon had expired on August 18. WTH?! Today I took my receipt back in and attempted to explain to the manager, Diane, the problem. Although she did return my money, she told me she didn't believe me because they were audited weekly and that could never happen. She wouldn't even let me get a word in edgewise. She was so rude! I had my receipt which clearly matched the barcode on the bacon I purchased. I asked for the name and number of her supervisor and she refused to give it to me. She just said, "Walmart." Horrible customer service!

I actually really like this Walmart besides having big hauls of shopping and having to omit using the self check out and wait in those check out lines because not only is the staff slow (sorry but they remind me of the sloth from zootpia lol) but the people I guess I just may be going during that time of day but imteying to get in and out not have 100 conversations with everyone

So they lock all the skin care up and have a 30 min wait for anyone with the key. I call the store to speak to the manager and they kept me on hold. Does this store not have management? Or do they not know how to run their store?
