Horrible! Customer service is non-existent. The man behind the counter thinks he's "doing you a favor" when you enter his business. It ain't so! I suppose this person forgot (or was never told) that for a business to succeed, "Customer service" is a must. I already took my business elsewhere. Much luck to all who stick around to find out on their own. Ever wonder why there's a new employee every time you visit that place?

This store treats it's customers with disdain. Like they are busy and the customer is bothering them. They wave you around pointing and roll their eyes. They actual addresses a customer by "hey there on the end" while I was in the store. Closest to my home and I hate going there so much.

Do yourself a favor and go the extra couple of miles to the UPS store instead of here. I dropped 2 packages off and neither were sent out on time. One was found and sent eventually, but I had to report the other as lost. The people working were very nice in trying to help me track it down, but if this location isn't set up to appropriately track and send/receive packages, they shouldn't be listed as an option. Do not recommend.
