I’ve been a member here with my wife Shelley since they opened this studio. We love it, it keeps us young and a great way to get cardio. Find ourselves rowing at least 4 times a week. Great staff, coaches and fun music to row to. ?

I've been coming to row house for 4 months and have built up my strength and endurance by magnitudes. The coaches and staff are all amazing and their programs motivate you to keep coming back for more.

Pretty good class but giving then 2 stars as I had an emergency situation happen at home right before walking out to get to class which delayed me by 15 mins and they completely took me off the roster. Never heard of a fitness class doing this . The answer I got when asked if I could still go in is that it would disrupt the class. I'm sorry,, is everyone taking a test ? Doesn't say anywhere on the page when booking they they would be removing me from the list if I were late . Update your policy if this is the case.

Imma be honest. I wasn't sold on an entire gym dedicated to rowing. I remember the Tustin one opening and thought, "how much can you get with just rowing?" Well, as mentioned in another review, I went on a "world tour" of checking out gyms near and around the Lake Forest area. I finally decided to check out Row House and man, what an idiot I was in the past!!! We were warmly greeted by Shiloh and Coach Ali G when we walked in. We've done rowing at other gyms before, but it was nice to be reminded of technique and focusing on proper form and how to get more intensity and power in your stroke. Ali G brings an energy like you wouldn't believe. She is calm, and encouraging and really pushes you. She's truly believes that we can do more than what we think, and she will give us intentions through out the class. I have only been here less than a month and I am truly smitten by her coaching style. I love it!I have also met Allie K and Coach Rach and they are fantastic as well. In my first class, which was an Express class (only 30 mins), Coach Ali G assured us that we can get a great burn, but it is all dependent on us. You get what you put in and that is a constant reminder I have in my mind when I walk in. They are helping me improve my technique but also what they bring is helping my mental state. It's nice to hear those intentions at the start of class or even the middle, to then take that throughout the rest of the day. It's just a good reminder sometimes. We also incorporate body weight movements, and strength with weights depending on the class. I love this place. I signed up for an Unlimited Membership, after our 2nd class. I'm addicted. Don't be an idiot and think you can't get much out of rowing, you get what you put in!!Let's go crew -- get after it!Thank you!!!!

10/10!! Love the workout. Rowing is a full body cardio workout that is LOW IMPACT! Not only do you get time in the erg, but the coach leads you through floor work too (stretching, weight lifting, stability, etc). This is a workout for everyone!

Today I finally got to try out Row House for an event for the apartment community I live in locally. The entire team here are genuinely amazing people! Ashley & Joseph we're extremely helpful with getting everyone signed up, answered questions (the right questions) that made me feel like they truly want to partner with me to achieve my personal fitness goals. The coach Melanie was inspiring! Keeping up with her pushed me and made me feel like I accomplished something. When the lights were turned down and the music was going, it made me kick it into overdrive! Loved that. Overall I would strongly suggest trying this location out and adding it to your schedule, I know I am .

I've been coming to Row House for a almost 2 months now and I love every experience I've had here. Joseph and Shiloh are really friendly whenever we come in, and the coaches there are great! Coming from a spin studio that has closed down, I wasn't sure how I'd take to rowing, but it's awesome! There are different class types that focus on different exercises. Some are fully focused on rowing, others are a mix of rowing and dumbell/band work, others incorporate a lot of stretching, etc. I like how the beginning and end of each class has a warm-up and cooldown portion. I also really appreciate the mentality of each class - one boat, one crew. We row together. Nothing exemplified this more to me than the first half-marathon row I participated in, where people stayed behind after finishing to continue rowing for those who were reaching the finish. The community here is great! The workouts themselves are what you make of it. The resistance comes from the power you put into each stroke. There is a monitor at each erg to show how you're doing, and there are two monitors up front to see how the boat is doing as a whole. The only competition is with yourself, which fits nicely with the whole concept of Row House.A few other things I really appreciate:1) The Row House app. One of the most streamlined I've experienced.2) Ability to track heart rate. I wish the app would show this, but the email summaries after every class show my heart rate progression measured through my heart rate strap.3) Events. From Resolve to Row month to half-marathons and celebrations in between, this really is a great community to be a part of.4) Celebrating each rower. In the app you can see how many meters you've rowed, and there are milestones that help push you along your journey. I love how they have a photo area to celebrate milestones. Some people have been rowing over 2 million meters...!!!5) The crew. Everyone here is part of the crew, and we've always felt welcome every time we walk through the doors. In short, it's been an awesome experience and I'm excited to continue my fitness journey here!
