At first, it might seem like an odd location, and you might be wondering if you are in the right place. Don't worry, you are. This is a wholesale bakery that does not have a traditional storefront. Tried the macarons, which are great, but the cakes they have here are superb. The missus loves the mirror glaze cakes, and I can attest that they are truly decadent.The store front hours might be kind of odd so calling first would be your best bet. Lately they have added a vending machine so if you have a craving for anything that is not a full sized cake you can get it 24/7. If you aren't always around this area you might want to ask them who they have contracts with. We once picked up a cake from Roqc (though it didn't explicitly have their name, the baker knew where it came from) from a Whole Foods off Green Valley in Henderson, NV.

While these are good “cookies” they are not macaroons. Having visited France and both my husband and myself being trained pastry chefs, these do not fit the characteristics of a macaroon. They are a tasty cookie and appreciate them for that. Too expensive in Whole Foods for cookies.

The owner is the rudest and most inconsiderate man. He doesn’t know how to care for his employees; he yells at them, puts them down, and doesn’t value their work. It’s no surprise they all leave and yet he doesn’t change his ways. Not the kind of businessman you want to support

I highly recommend!!! The macaroons are as good as I’ve ever tasted (including those from Paris) and the small pistachio and tiramisu cakes are my favorite!i can’t wait to try more flavors!!

Truly the best pastry place in Orange County. Superior ingredients, beautiful presentation, and the most delicious creations. Their chocolate almond croissant is amazing. I also love the mini cakes. Somehow always leave with 2x as much as intended because it's hard to not order more. I've been to so many highly rated dessert places in Orange County that are in all honesty, gross. If you want the real deal when it comes to a pastry artist, this is your shop.

This hidden gem doesn't disappoint! Tucked away inside of an industrial/commercial area, this corner bakery has walk-in pickup for goodies on Saturdays. Their almond croissants are delicious - warm, chewy, and with a light crunch from the nuts and crisp egg white-like topping. Macarons are also fantastic - perfect for a special get-together and you can customize the mix of flavors choosing from a massive list of over 20 types. Easy to stop in and out, and the staff is extremely friendly - what's not to love? Give them a try if you're looking for something sweet!

We ordered through Doordash.They ordered was quickly made and dispatched.Dessert was still nice and cool by the time we received it.Flavors are perfect. Really delicious! Sugar Rush lol.

Again! Coming back for more, this time we did ordered actual macarons! We are going to friends house, they said to bring some desserts, so here we go! First thing that popped into mind was this place lol. High quality packaging! And they smell so delicious, they might not make it to our friend's house, at least not all of them =)

This place is a hidden gem. I came 2x and going forward, this is my regular stop. I bought a mini cake raspberry, passion fruit, pistachio, croissants and macaroons. All were topped, the mini cakes were just perfectly, not too sweetened, and super soft and moist. The croissant was best, great prices and makes Moulin in Newport Beach looks bad. I love this place so much, thank you.

New to the place, customer service is very helpful , like the butter and almond croissant and of course their signature macaroons, will definitely come back and try all the flavors of macaroons and their mini cakes.

Got the mini-cakes. Lemon and mocha. Out of this world delicious. Going back for some macaroons. Woman in front raved about the butter croissants (she was loading up) and apple turnovers. She also mentioned dinner rolls at The Holidays, which I overheard the owner say you can preorder (or wait for 1 1/2 hours).

What an amazing hidden gem! Exquisite French pastries brought to you by Chef Eddy Rocq and his lovely wife Deborah. Make sure to get there early to get their ham and cheese or chocolate almond croissant. So many flavors of macarons to choose from and their assortment of individual cakes change every Saturday. You literally want to buy them all! The individual cakes have been a totally impressive hit at dinner parties or birthdays. They are open Sat 9-2. Check them out ! You will not be disappointed just addicted after!
