They charge almost $1000.00 for the same brace you can get on Amazon for $50
Was told my deductible was $80 we paid it just to receive another bill for $198. The brace /ice pack is uncomfortable cause it so bulky .
Stay away and don’t give them the time of day

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! I had a total knee replacement on 2/13/24, was told multiple times they would call me to set up my walker and my ice machine that my doctor said I needed.
I called multiple times and nobody called me back to set up delivery.
Literally on the day before my knee replacement I am stressing out to find an ice machine and walker.
Restore was asking $250 for a 2 week rental on an ice machine.
You can purchase the ice machine on Amazon for $199. The same unit, as it's called: Ossur Cold Rush Therapy system with knee pad. Don't waste the money on renting this unit. Well, they won't call you back so you don't need to worry. Amazon had the unit to my house the next day.
My doctors office confirmed as well about not using their services for rental.
Terrible - customer service and they are scamming patients that are in a recovery position.

Ordered products pre surgery and they arrived on the Feb 6th. Surgery was for Feb 13th. Did not us or need one of the items after surgery and wanted to return. Tried one week after surgery and was told only had a seven day window from time of delivery. Window was closed before my surgery. Wills never use them again!

Horrible company..... Billed me for no reason. I already paid for my daughter's brace at the doctor's office. They sent me a bill and then 15 fee.I've been trying to reach them for 3 days, no one answer....Stay away from them..

Horrible company started calling them two weeks ago about a bill that they sent me for my husband stated it was late how could it be late if I JUST RECEIVED IT. received a second bill a week later with a $15 late charge I’m not paying it gonna call my insurance company. This company is a huge rip off.

I was told by 2 different people that my cost would be $6.00 for a walker. I paid the $6.00. Now this company sent me a bill for $26.86. I have tried to call but no one answer the phone. I call this bait and switch. They give you a small price so you get equipment from them. Beware I won't ever use this company. If you need anything go somewhere else.

This company's services are attached to orthopedic centers and offices. Prices are outrageous. Getting someone from billing on the phone is next to impossible. They do not offer an online portal to review detailed invoices, only to pay a bill.

My son, who turned 18 days before ACL surgery, was told this company would provide PCM for recovery. We asked for how long, initially it was a couple weeks and it did help recovery, he was pushed to keep it for many more weeks without any indication of cost. To be responsible he made a payment and asked why he was getting bills with TWO different account numbers and neither reflected his payment. He called ( I know because I was sitting next to him), left messages repeatedly and just kept getting no reply. He asked to see the two accounts and be shown why they were different and why they didn't reflect payment - no reply to date. He sent a written note back with his information ( I reviewed it and it was hand written but detailed, thankfully I took a photo before he mailed it), asking them to contact him and then he finally heard from them - through a collection notice. As I noted he's a young man who has never had to manage this level of customer service and utterly disgusted with the process and is now having to deal with this from college in a very different time zone. It's appalling how poor the customer service is and the mark up, when we saw the final cost of the PCM, was unreal. The only plus was the guy who came out with equipment and returned it, he was terrific and helpful on that front -- but had no insight on costs but was the one who followed up with my son and told my son about keeping machine longer. Overall it's a big mess and handing it over to collection was the last insult.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!! They bombarded us into trying to get our credit card info and thank god we haven't given it to them yet. Their contract is very shady and says that if the insurance doesn't approve the needed supplies after 90 days, you have to pay out of pocket. I had to have knee surgery and needed a CPM and they just filed for authorization from insurance 5 days after my surgery. DO NOT SIGN THEIR CONTRACT UNTIL THE MEDICAL SUPPLIES FOR POST SURGERY ARE FOR SURE COVERED BY INSURANCE. The employees push for you to sign the contract and push for the supplies to NOT be covered by insurance because they'll charge you more out of pocket for the supplies. The technician that came over was super cool though but he even thought after we told him our experience so far with restore motion that their a very shady company and fraudulent. Clearly money is more important to them than the health of their customers.

I was told my knee brace was covered by my insurance,but I just received a bill for $430!!They originally charged my insurance almost $1500 when per the codes used,it shouldn't have been over $200.I am not paying this and will be reporting to the BBB for insurance fraud.

Tearing your ACL and having surgery is obviously no fun but Tony and the folks at Restore Motion made renting a Passive Motion Machine and buying an ice therapy machine a piece of cake. They delivered it to my door, set everything up, walked me through how to use both machines and here I am an hour into my first session with no problems. Thanks Tony!
