I wrote bad review how they don't answer their calls or call back. i was lucky today that I got hold of Kim and she was an angel. She gave me even her direct number and ext. Issue resolve fast.

They sent me a substantial bill for a wrist brace they claimed was rejected by insurance because it was not covered.Turns out it was in fact covered, but they failed to include the the medical reason it was prescribed: my fractured wrist.
