Front office needs training! This review isn't in regards to the coaches but as you'll see if you look at other reviews, the lady at the front desk needs some communication and customer service training. I called and left several voicemails bc I had questions about the cheer team and other classes. After about a week I received a callback and the lady was super short and seemed bothered by my questions. I didn't bother matching her energy thinking she may have had a bad day but when I called back with a follow up question a few days later, she was just as off putting. Not sure why any business would want someone with her demeanor as the primary POC for potentially new customers.Looks like from other reviews, it's a pretty common occurrence with this person and honestly, is the reason I won't bother bringing my kids here. It's crazy to think people pay good money and get treated to in such a dismissive way.

This is cheer with no jokes. They excel at detailed cheer techniques and making the best teams possible. Well worth the cost and time required to be on one of their many teams.

I have nothing but great things to say about OC All Stars! We started my daughter at 4 going on 5 feeling like it was the right move but also a little hesitant due to her age. It was the best decision ever! She loves her coaches and loves her team and is so proud of herself and comes home and wants to show us what she did in practice! It is so great to see her new found confidence and Coach Makayla, Coach Amanda, and Coach Autumn are amazing with the kiddos! The gym is clean, spacious, and beautiful and Mady at the front desk is super kind and knowledgeable!

Not a great first experience, daughter spent over 30 minutes of class sitting on floor doing nothing. Extremely high ratio of students to teachers. There was zero seating left for about 15 parents that have to wait standing for 1.5 hours. Staff was incredibly rude when asked if parents could use unused tables and chairs nearby.

i’ve been cheering here for 13 years and i love it! the coaches ask what you want to work on in a class and they let you do that. the teams here are very fun to be on. i really love this place. this is my second home forever and always!

Good variety of classes and coaches are great. Just wish we lived closer. We had to quit because the cost just kept creeping up for one class a week. Went from $80 to $96 then $130!!! Too much. It just became way too much to pay on top of gas to get out there. Disappointed because my kid really likes it there.

No response from email for days although it was the directions provided in the voicemail and the website. Called the facility but the lady seemed not interested to speak with me at all and just want to hung up the call. When asking if they can provide more information/photos she responded basically what I saw on the website is what they have. Just wasted my time after all

Overall this place teaches really good my daughter is learning a lot! But some cons are, her coach and this other girl next to their class was making fun of my daughter and talking bad about her and coach didn't pay attention to her for the rest if the class and gave everyone else high fives and not her

We moved to OC All Stars from CSA Cheer. My daughter was trying really hard to learn her back handspring there and wasn't getting anywhere. OC All Stars offered a class just focused on that skill so we left. Now she's doing Cheer Lite which is a non-traveling non-competitive squad that learns the basics. So far so good. They also prep girls for HS cheer which is nice. My only "egh" would be their Summer camps. My daughter went last year and didn't really enjoy.

My daughter loves their classes and wishes she could do camp daily. My husband feels a bit uneasy about camp due to some injuries my other daughter had at cheer camp. However, after meeting with the owner and receiving communication from the cheer camp director, I definitely feel that they are proactive about keeping the facility functional and safe for the kids. I wish I received a call when my child was injured, but the follow up and overall happiness that my kids expressed about their experiences has left a positive impression. I have never seen my kids more excited and happy about classes and activitiesMy seven year old has never ever begged to go to a camp and or be away from home for so many hours- so I do believe they run a fun and positive environment for the kids.My husband is a papa bear, full stop. But otherwise, If up to me, I'd place my kiddo in their Ninja Camp. She is now doing Ninja Class and Tumbling and she just loves it Coach Makayla is a sweetheart and runs a fun and positive experience. Thumbs up

Cheering at OC all stars has been so incredible for my daughter. She has wonderful and supportive coaches who push her to do better and still care about her as a person. She has truly thrived here!

My daughter started with summer camp here in 2021. She is on her second time doing half year cheer. She is enjoying this team and all of the coaches. She is 10 years old. She now is wanting to commit to a full year and try out for the team. For parents who are wanting to know about the summer camp. The summer camp is mainly for babysitting your children and keeping them active so don't expect this to be something more... but my girls enjoyed it. if you are looking to actually do cheer, I would recommend trying the half year first. It has been great introduction to my daughter to see if she will actually like cheer. She is also taking tumbling and handspring classes. By taking these classes it's helping her strengthen her durability. It is a slow process so be patient. Overall we love the facility and the staff is great and helpful. Especially for a mom who is new to this cheer world.
