Is there anyone else out here that has a ZX4RR spinning rod bearings? I am totally unhappy with Kawasaki Motors and said motorcycle. Bought one brand new in May of last year, by September of last year, about 2000 miles in, THE ENGINE BLEW!!! Took it to the dealer where I bought it at (Greater Boston Motorsports in Arlington, MA) to have it repaired, hopefully under warranty. The dealer is waiting from parts from Kawasaki, didn't receive the last bit of it since about 2 months ago. Kawasaki claims they cannot control dealer scheduling. Basically it is a back and forth, pointing fingers at each other. Dealer says I should stay on top of Kawasaki for not backing up their product. Every time I reach out to Kawasaki (and are on hold for an eternity? they call the dealer just to tell me what the dealer has already told me. Kawasaki refuses to tell me if it's a common failure on their ZX4 line. The cherry on top, I just got off the phone with them and asked if they were willing to buy their product back from me since I am unhappy with and it is unreliable; "We are sorry, we don't have a buy back program." That said this is my last time buying a Kawasaki manufactured or powered anything evere again in my life. Hopefully you never have to deal with the manufacturer regarding any of their products; if so good luck, trust me you will need it. I will just go to the competition next time, plenty of manufacturers have better reliability track record than them, including Honda, Suzuki and Yamaha. Hopefully this post saves you guys some trouble.

Steve is a helpful, accommodating, professional. Understands the opportunities that truck drivers may be confronted with and assures any issues are addressed. This driver truly appreciates that.
Thank you

Ive got a request for the engineering team regarding a product update to the Kawasaki Voyager. We need a new bluetooth audio head unit with a 4 × 100 watt amplifier and 6.5 inch stock speakers. We would like to see a new electric Voyager with a transmission free 100 HP & 100 ft/lb of torque electric motor with regenerative braking. Would it be possible to give the vehicle a 500 mile range with current battery technology and a 850 lb curb weight? There is also interest in adding an electric reverse and a 3 wheeled trike model. Thanks,Facebook Kawasaki Voyager Focus Group

Kawasaki Motors Corporation U.S.A. is an incredible corporation that provides public safety agencies and recreational enthusiasts with great equipment! We appreciate their efforts for public safety agency personnel who use a very safe Jet Ski for rescue and patrol work to assist those in need. If you want a dirtbike or roadbike or any type of offroad vehicle they make, Kawasaki has dealerships all over the USA and the world to supply you with the best equipment. They have a knowledgeable mechanic program for assisting their dealerships. Kawasaki started the Jet Ski craze in 1974 and we have never lost the 'Jet Ski Fever!'

Approximately five years ago I purchased a Kawasaki Mule along with a worthless extended warranty. DON’T BUY an extended warranty on your Kawasaki products!! Too many loopholes. Fast forward to today when I tried to get Kawasaki to replace the muffler that has a rust hole in it. When I bought the policy at the time of purchase it said that the exhaust system was covered. The Mule only has about 200 hours on it. Well, apparently not a hole in the muffler from rust. They say it’s not driven enough to get the muffler hot enough to burn out any moisture that may be in it. I told the representative, Paul, that I didn’t see where that was in the operating manual, and he said it isn’t and wouldn’t be. Well, it’s parked inside except for a few hours a day and we’re in a desert climate so it’s not just sitting outside rusting in the elements. Kawasaki is using inferior parts and when I try to use my warranty they balk and say that they aren’t going to replace it. So much for the exhaust system being covered. What a bunch of crooks at Kawasaki. I won’t be buying anymore Kawasaki products from here on out.
