“Came in 15 minutes before close looking for fabric for a fun blanket. Wasn't quite sure what I wanted, but the employee Allison came over and helped me out. She showed me what fabrics were on sale and what would go best for my blanket. She knew all the right questions to ask me, to ensure that my blanket was the best it could be. She even gave me recommendations on what she used for her craft! Once I had decided what fabric I wanted, I brought it to her and asked how long it should be in order to make a big enough blanket. She reminded me that I need to cut the corners of the fabric, so I had to get a little bit longer than I I wanted it. Allyson saved the day for me. What a great employee! If you ever going to Joannes make sure to look for Allyson in the fabric department. You will not be disappointed. Allyson is the best!!! Will be returning for all my blanket, needs and I hope Allyson is there!”
“Megan (and Andrew) know how to run a business. We mainly worked with Megan and her team to install 12 motorized blinds covering the entire downstairs of our home and we couldn't be happier with the results. We needed to make an adjustment to the covering of the blinds due to the odd design of our windows and at every step Megan came over and helped to ensure we were 100% satisfied. At one point, she showed up, ladder and screwdriver in hand to remove the old curtain rail personally. On another occasion she popped over to show us how to reverse the direction of the blinds motor on the remote. Design consultation and customer service are first class. If you're on the fence about choosing a business for your new blinds, look no further. Prices are great too!”

“If you're looking for modern furniture without the big price tags, this is the place. The showroom was quite large and had a good variety. We were able to purchase dining room chairs, accent chairs, motorized couch, and a few planters. The sale was very generous. As for quality, so far it's been a few months and we're pretty happy. I only took a star off because the furniture is low, comparable to ikea and because often the delivery is delayed due to low inventory. But that just means they are popular.”

“What a great place to browse. Lots of good items to look at. This place has quality collections and collectables. And it is in the heart of Mission Viejo next to Laguna Niguel. Lots of places offer junk, used up stuff that are worth very little if anything at all. The Landmark has good quality collectable and furniture. Also. The lady’s here are awesome. They are very friendly and if you want to find something special, they have no problem helping you. While I was there there was a student from Saddleback College looking for something special to wear to a special occasion and they had no problem helping her.”
“I stopped in today to see about a silk arrangement. I am trying to duplicate an orchid arraignment that was given to me by a family member. Gabriela was very helpful. Trying to find the closest orchids to match the photo I had taken will not be easy but she tried. The selection is extensive. I will be back!”

“This is such a cute shop!!! They have candles in all sorts of shapes and sizes, and lots of other fun stuff. I got a dozen of the small heart candles to put in a little gift box to ask my friends to be bridesmaids in my wedding. Perfect store for gift shopping! The store owner was so nice and helpful. “This hidden gem is actually very centrally located and has some very impressive art and lighting stores. There are also furniture and textile boutiques along with various other shops and even a yoga studio. You can also enjoy brunch at the cute little restaurant or sit and read near the fountain. There’s always parking in the back if the front is full but in the six years I have been coming to the design center I have never had parking be a problem. I highly recommend it to any local designers or residents!”

I went in despair after going to many places, when I met Denise from Arizona leather what a difference! She was extremely helpful every step of the way! Great communication pre, during and post delivery. She even helped us in finding a different set up for our living room which really was a game changer vs the traditional set up. We purchased a 4 chair reclining sofa and reclining love seat. We have a big family ?. I cannot recommend this place enough with high quality material and service.
