“Overall: highly recommend. Very knowledgeable, friendly staff. Great place to sell cards for a fair buylist price with little to no hassle. Good local inventory for cards next day.Prior to Covid I had come a handful of times for their Yugioh nights. Friendly staff and players. No issues and had a good time.Getting into Magic over the last year, they have been a good resource for ordering cards online. They typically have it ready the next day at open, or have been nice enough to pull as I waited. The website is older, but once you figure out how to navigate it, it's quick and easy, even on mobile. Cards have always been as described and in good condition. Few times something was out of stock, but they were willing to work with me to make it right. Prices on sealed product are competitive and they have a wide variety of current and past sets, plus the added perk of not having to wait to have it ship.Took my old Yugioh cards to sell and fund other hobbies. They did a thorough job of valuing and gave a very fair price. It saved me a ton of time and hassle to list/ship.”

I'm not sure if the store/staff has control over that (to be honest) but it doesn't make it any less frustrating as a customer. ?”

I’ve witnessed the lack of training in customer service, so naturally customers are short with them- which in turn makes them less than capable to be kind.I don’t blame them individually, it’s a whole system of lack of training.Otherwise I like the place. “I am a huge fan of Michaels. Especially for your framing needs. There is so many selection of frams to choose from as well as the option to customize it. Staff here is super friendly and very knowledgeable. I like when the staff cares and helps you find affordable solutions to your framing needs. Other sections of the store not as organized but I tend to check out their Clearance aisle for fun.”
