Hotel needs a make-over. Rooms not up to par with cleanliness, service less than stellar, and now a problem with the billing. They over-charged. They don't even answer the phone...ugh.

I'm not entirely sure if this is the right location, but there's an Anthony, either here or at the nearby location, who is amazing. God bless him for being so helpful. He went out of his way to assist my mom and me, allowing us to eat, use the bathroom, and enjoy some coffee. His kindness really stood out.
