Asked 3 times to have refrigerator looked at. The fridge only gets cool, not cold. They didn't fix it. Rooms sort of dirty, carpets stained and cabinets didn't close. There are better choices in OC. The prices are overall good

Great area. Clean. Enjoyed the hotel with nice staff and clean rooms. Had a wonderful 5 night stay. Daniel in the kitchen gave us an awesome breakfast each morning. He's the man. Overall great experience

Our stay was cancelled an hour before we got on the road. The reservation was made three weeks ago and we’re called about them overbooking us the day we’re scheduled for our stay. A complete waste of our time.

Stayed last week and it was a great experience! I wanted to thank Anthony for going out of his way to get us a pack and play for our son at 11:30pm, we asked if they had any milk for purchase, they didn’t, but he offered to get some from the fridge for us. Rooms are clean! Thanks so much for making our stay great!

I stayed 2 nights. Upon arrival, the air conditioning was on, so I didn’t smell the pet stain, wetness, poo crumbles until the next day when the ac was off all day. The next day , I came back in the evening to my room smelling like cat. It was very bad. I told the front desk twice and got an apology but nothing else.

The soundproofing is very poor. You can hear the sound of the TV and coughing next door. I didn't sleep well all night.

Room was not cleaned on first day and even talk with receptionist about this condition in the morning, it is still same condition when I came back from work.

Love this location! Close to soccer fields and Etnies Skatepark! The simple breakfast was on point. Room was clean and front desk was wonderful. Thank you for a great stay, while I continue to travel throughout the US.

I gave the room 3 stars because the refrigerator in the room tucked in a cabinet that was falling apart - the fridge unbalanced and cabinet hard to close.
Service was fine . Friendly relaxed atmosphere.
Location was great near a lot of eateries, shopping and freeways.
They did have a complimentary breakfast that was great to have when you're on the go .
Walkability: Not really close to anything by foot

I was traveling here on business. When I arrived to my room, I did see some hair around the bathroom sink and clean it up myself. Breakfast was great here. Loved the fitness center since I am an Online Fitness Coach. Everything was great and felt the staff did everything to make it a great experience but was disappointed when I saw bits of hair in the bathroom sink. Also, great location if you want to get a walk outside at night or during the day which was a plus.

I was going to ignore the food crumbs on random surfaces in the room, the socks left from previous guests, and the broken furniture doors that don’t close or have tagging on them. Then they knocked on my door prior to check out to ask if I was leaving. I was still sleeping for work and it was a hour early. For the $290 I paid this night, I will not return and find another location.
