UPDATE: I was absolutely awful to these people. I take full responsibility for my rude actions. They were nothing but kind to me and I left them a bad review. These people are phenomenal and put up with my toxicity. The world needs more people like them. God teaches us to be kind to those who hate us and they did just that. They showed me kindness even though I was rude. I leave a five star review for showing me grace and empathy. I appreciate them forgiving me for my evil. If you want postal services, come to this location. They are kind and loving servants of Jesus.

Very pleasant and easy to work with. I came in and had a couple large items to ship out as well as a return package. The staff there were busy and did make the process as quickly as humanly can. Also, are very honest about what to expect with costs, Will be back!.

New owners are so stingy. I used to love coming here for the wonderful service and have been a loyal customer for 7 years. I appreciated that they would give parcel sleeves free of charge and let you use tape free of charge. They charge for everything now and even charge for transactions under 5 dollars. I'm finding another place or sticking to FedEx. At least they don't charge for tape.

Went in to ship package, made me buy tape for 1 strip across box. I didn't have my car and my tape was in it. Would of paid for the strip, then charged me $5 for the tape because to use a card minimum is $5. The 2 men watched me as I taped the box and watched me struggle to peel the tape back. Then the hero came and had self adhesive tape for my label that I brought in. He didn't have to print it. As I was leaving he tried to give me the package back. I'm like, What??? You are supposed to ship it, right??? I guess they really didn't want to help me. The company where i shipping my package to said all I had to do was hand them the label and another paper and they will do the rest. That's why it wasn't taped at home. I can elsewhere to self serve. I don't need 2 men watching me . Plus making me pay for tape, even suggested 6 rolls for $25. Lolol no way. Very disappointed that 2 men couldn't find kindness in their heart to help a customer. I had my service dog with me and she was trying to get me out. Sorry but I will be going somewhere else even though it's further away. Price and attitude, kindness and helpfulness go a long way. If anyone of them would of said I'm sorry we can't offer to tape your box or use our tape, I would understood. No communication at all. Customer service nil, value quality If you just need to drop and go without contact then your good. Otherwise best to find another place. Best wishes Disappointed customer Carrie

I've been using Foothill Post and ship for years but today was my last day. They are charging for everything now even to use tape I had to go to my car and get $.25 to pay the guy. Customer service has gone downhill to the point where now I don't want to give them my business anymore. Such a bummer because I want to support local businesses. Tripping over a dollar to save a dime . I'm response to the owner's response. The person working at counter said had to buy an entire roll of tape with no dispenser to tape a box/ package. His response makes no sense. Also USPS / UPS don't charge for supplies.

I have been using a Mail Box at Post & Ship for the last 5 years and I have been very happy with their service. Eric has been a great guy and very accommodating to my needs for my Amazon addiction. The other staff, Jason and Richard are also very nice and always there to ensure I get my packages in a timely manner. They have called me to advise of important packages they had to sign for which goes above and beyond the norm...I appreciate good customer service and they definitely have it. If you are in the market for a Mail Box or shipping anything, come down and visit them...

Very convenient to have a neighborhood post office, they offer mail drop off, fedex drop off, really fast, reliable, and convenient. I work from home so I rely on their service as my mailing department.

I came in close to closing time this afternoon to ship some items back to eBay. The attendant, Richard, was friendly and so helpful. He first packaged up my items in the original box that I had brought and showed me all the comparison rates of other carriers. Just as he was ringing up the total, he then realized the contents of the items could fit inside a smaller, flat-rate box and suggested I use that instead to save me some money. Even though it was past closing time, he patiently re-opened the original box up and repackaged everything into the smaller box for me, all the while thanking ME for my patience! By doing that, he saved me $25!! I'm so thankful for his excellent customer service and appreciate his willingness to put the customer ahead of profit. And he didn't even charge me extra for the additional effort he expended or for the packing materials he used. Thank you, Richard! We'll definitely keep using your service!

Friendly place for quick dropoffs. I've been coming here for the past few years to ship UPS/USPS packages. Really easy to drop off, especially if you don't need to print shipping labels. USPS goes in the huge bins in the center of the place, and UPS gets dropped off at the counter. Plenty of parking in the lot. Easy peasy!
