I'm scheduled for 1030 with Richard I come in I'm waiting over an hour , I know taxes don't take to long to file the guy doesn't even acknowledge me still casually holding a conversation not filing his clients taxes if you're gonna schedule someone for 1030 make them wait over an hour don't schedule anyone at all.

This is my fiancée and my second year coming to Z Travel Insurance & Income Tax Services. I was rereferred by a good friend of mine to come to Richard and David for 2021 tax returns. We were personally assisted by David Hutcherson. We appreciated all the help we received in all aspects that was offered to us. David broke down line by line and in simpler terms all of our doubts and questions. We have since recommended all friends and family to them. Everyone there is very courteous, professional, and knowledgeable. I absolutely appreciate the transparency and we are now faithful customers. Not only will we be back to file 2022 tax returns but shortly we will be back so they can help us plan our upcoming vacation in Europe!

David has been awesome last 2 years. He's the guy in the front desk btw! Been coming here for the past 4/5 years and have not had an issue until yesterday when I went to file my taxes I handled everything with David and was on my way but I had forgotten to ask a couple questions so I went back in and David was gladly helping me out until his coworker from behind obnoxiously Interrupted as if I was asking him and started telling me that he heard my question and he doesn't know where I got my information from and if I need to reassure myself to go on IRS.com and then sits back down and chuckles at his customers in front of him as if my question was stupid and at the same time making ME feel stupid. It's MY right as a customer to ask questions and it's YOUR responsibility to give me a proper answer with an appropriate attitude/tone. If you came to my job place you'd have little knowledge too and honestly I wasn't even asking him in the first place so there was no need to interrupt. 3 stars because of David or I would've given 1. Thank you David!
