On July 7th during evening time, checkout lines were extremely long with only 4 cashiers opened. I observed a lot of frustrated customers so I decided to help and ask for the manager to possibly get more cashiers to open. Manager wasn’t available so I spoke with a “lead” (bald light eyed gentlemen). His response was “it’s not my fault people decide to shop after sunset.” His response was unacceptable and unprofessional. It’s upsetting management hires employees that do not carry leadership in them. I kindly responded “there are solutions to everything perhaps hiring more cashiers to avoid these situations.” He giggled. I’m new to this area and it was a disappointing experience.

Amazing place to shop 24 hrs a day 7 days a week. They have plenty of discounts to dace from with so much variety. This place is card only, a debit card is what I used they don't accept credit card

I left my basket, I came in wearing full work uniform, straight off the clock going to buy dinner for everyone at my house. Now they treat everyone like they're stealing. Granted theft is at an all-time high due to prices and inflation. But I'm paying, and I have 15 items or less, but the lines are worse than L.A. traffic after 3pm. I left my basket to go to Ralph's, which was more of the same if not worse. Hey WinCo, everyone is not a theif, paying customers deserve the dignity of the benefit of the doubt. If not, I can definitely shop elsewhere. Your store was great because it was open 24hrs and has wide varieties of products. But when your customer service is lacking. So you take it out on your customers because there's thieves afoot. I can't say that I don't get wanting to maintain the shrinkage. But to take it out on the paying and treat everyone as guilty until proven innocent. That I'm sure will not drive sales, unless it's driving them away.

Winco foods feels like three or four stores blended into one with affordable prices. There are a lot of options as well as bulk items sold by the pound, including churning your own peanut butter. Overall good experience. Very busy but will definitely come back. Winco needs to be in more locations.

WinCo was super busy, But the service was great as usual. Even the parking lot was clean. For me, it was a good shopping experience, as always.

Seems to always be packed now.. every time I’ve visited in the past few months the lines were long & when I go around midnight to avoid lines the self checkouts are closed & there’s one register open with 20 people in line..

They probably have the best prices on produce and overall groceries. they are definitely cheaper than the other ones that I go to. The fact that they don't take credit doesn't bother me, that's how they're able to bring down the prices so it's definitely a win. Love that they're open all night and it looks like they're the only ones that do nowadays. Which is excellent for someone like me. I'd come here a lot more if it were closer to me, but I'll definitely keep coming here when I'm able to.
