There’s absolutely no reason that a bank should have only one teller between the hours of 3pm and 5pm. The service is absolutely horrible by no fault of the tellers. You guys are running your customers away in the Rancho Cucamonga and Fontana area! Glad I left years ago.DO BETTER WELLS FARGO!!!

The Mgr. Erica is very unprofessional and rude. I've been a customer since 1991 and went in to cash a check that I signed before I went to the teller, the MGR said she couldn't cash it because of the signature and wasn't sure if it was digitally deposited in another bank . So unreal and disappointed. I'm going to have to close my account here . Not happy

If there were zero stars, that's what I would've given. Every time I come to this branch there's only two tellers and the line is out the door. I waited for 30 minutes and decided to close my personal and two business accounts. The lady infront of me said she had already been there 10 minutes before me and she was closing her accounts dues to the long waits and of issues she has been having with Wellsfargo.I don't have time to deal with this.I have a business to run I can't spend all day in the bank. I understand staffing issues, but the manager needs to get up and help when you see long lines out the doors and customers waiting more than 30 minutes. US Bank and Citi Bank are so much faster. You lost a long time, customer.

This is my go to WF location, it's conveniently located off the 15fwy and has both walk up and drive thru ATMs . Every visit here has been very pleasant. Tellers have always warmly welcomed me and have completed my transactions accurately and promptly. Regardless of how many accounts I access or how many transactions I do each visit, employees seem genuinely interested and happy to be of service. Great customer service and professionalism.

This bank has the worst customer service ever! No greeting, no smile, what the heck happened, there is no excuse, everyone is going through tough times financially, being overworked and underpaid, staffing shortages are prevalent everywhere, families are grieving the loss of several family members due to Covid, as well as other things, so just stop already and get some quality people in the branches, and my last several contacts over the phone, the representatives have been rude, rush the conversation, and when you ask for things to be repeated or slow it down (talking fast) they get defensive. I am closing my account with Wells Fargo and going to a new bank, they have screwed me over too many times, I wish the best for them. After reading some of the other reviews about discrimination, I'm glad I made the right choice, thank you Jesus for real!!!

What's a bank without a banker? Some people are busy with abnormal schedule. If I come to a bank spontaneously while running errands, I would like to resolve my outstanding item on my list. I shouldn't have to make an appointment to come back another time. Again, what's a bank without a banker?

I came in here today to withdraw funds it was a busy afternoon a gentlemen came in and had questions regarding his bank account the branch manager / lead teller didn't walk him to the banker room which I had seen them take a caucasian white woman to one of the rooms but since he was a Latin decent with tattoos she decided to handle the matter in front of 10 other people including myself I heard all his transactions so I'm sure everyone else did too which I thought was so embarrassing for the young man and unprofessional on the branch managers /lead teller behalf Shame on her discussing someone personal banking infront of a crowd I will never come back to this bank because of this unprofessional branch manager / lead teller Wells Fargo should do better if any one knows who she is please feel free to give me the name to report her to corporate unprofessional

Don’t use Wells Fargo there machine jammed on me due to them always having old everywhere in every facility and I lost 340$ no one helped me get my money back .Thers always issues with thier old machines your better off just holding your own money I knew I should’ve just not used banks ..what better than issuing your own money cash with no fees or charges
