Wouldn't cash a Wells Fargo check from a Wells Fargo checkbook because I didn't have an account despite having adequate ID. It was a Christmas check from a relative who had Wells Fargo. That isn't how checks work.

don’t go here my card got skimmed TWICE going through the atm and the drive-thru atm.. I tried to call and notify them and they didn’t even care!!! first time was back in October, I never go to this bank but bank of america had a really long line so I go to Wells fargo. It was a sketchy panhandler in the front walking up on people, but I use the atm anyway… next day my card was skimmed!! but in my head I blamed Win co because I never use them and went there as well and their machine looked a little funny, it had this plastic thing hanging off the side… so fast forward to December 1st and once again bank of america had a really long line so i got to Wells fargo drive thru used the drive through atm and it kept my card for a really long time. The whole time I just hear all this scanning going on so I started to kind of knock on the machine to get it to open up and return my card and it finally gives it back and the next day BOOM skimmed again!!!!

0 stars.... Drive-thru never ever works!! You guys need to serious fix this issue. We shouldn't have to get off our cars and hope the walk up atms are working.

Horrible experience at this branch. 15 + people in line. An annoying beeping sound going off every 3 seconds. And only one teller on a Saturday? There were two bank reps there total. Both working at such a slow pace I had to leave after 10 minutes of watching them with the same two customers. The second staff member was having a full on life conversation one of the customers despite the long line... Hire more people Wells Fargo! Respect your customers time! Super inconvenient

Bad Serve.After understanding, the bank has regulations, employees have the right to refuse to help customers fill in the withdrawal form, if the customer does not fill in the withdrawal form, they cannot withdraw money. However, most branch employees will be happy to help customers fill it out. So only this branch employees Bad Serve..I went to this bank branch that day and asked for money, the waiter gave me a slip and I asked me to fill it out, because I can’t (don't know English)fill in the amount of money in English, I signed it and asked her to fill it out for me, she said she couldn’t fill it for me, I said Other stores can help, why you can't ? She asked the person behind (the woman) and said can't help. So I had to leave to another branch.

Some lady who was supposed to be in charge came to help after the useless teller couldn’t find any information and it was the worst customer service ever provided. She obviously useless and hated her job so decided to take it out on anyone. Pick any other location

I came in here a few weeks ago to withdraw funds it was a busy afternoon a gentlemen came in and had questions regarding his bank account the branch manager / lead teller didn't walk him to the banker room which I had seen them take a caucasian white woman to one of the rooms but since he was a Latin decent with tattoos she decided to handle the matter in front of 10 other people including myself I heard all his transactions so I'm sure everyone else did too which I thought was so embarrassing for the young man and unprofessional on the branch managers /lead teller behalf Shame on her discussing someone personal banking infront of a crowd I will never come back to this bank because of this unprofessional branch manager / lead teller Wells Fargo should do better if any one knows who she is please feel free to give me the name to report her to corporate unprofessional

This branch is located in the Sierra Lakes Village shopping center. For us, it's around the corner and we have used it for personal and business banking for more than 10 years. I usually come here about once a week, most recently today and was able to walk right up to the window. Tellers have been friendly and helpful and I never have any problems with my transactions. This afternoon I didn't have to wait, but depending on the time of day or especially around the first of the month, the lines can be longer, but I'm sure that's not much different at any other bank. There are 2 ATMs outside and they do have a drive-thru. The parking lot directly outside the bank is not very big, but there are more spaces available in the rest of the shopping center.
