Old white lady in the register with blue shirt was being rude to me wouldn't let me deposit money cause she said I needed a drivers license and I told her I had my regular California ID Because I do not drive she said no I am of age so idk what the problem was

I have ordered my refill on September 10, 2023. Received 10 Capsules on September 12, Today is September 21, I am calling and calling for hours at a time. The pharmacy employee picks up the phone and says, I will be right back and puts back into waiting.Not good experience here at Walgreens 11121 Sierra Ave. Fontana.

I have been on hold 2 different times... once for 28 minutes the other for 21 minutes...both times hung up on. If you call you are automatically placed on hold and you do t speak to anybody until they are ready!!! They just keep picking up the phone and placing you on hold without a word!

This Walgreens pharmacy is so garbage the line is super long and the customer service is even worse. I waited in line well before 9:00 pm and once I got to the front the rude worker did not want to fill my prescription because she claimed my doctor just sent it over and they were already closed... she literally said "we were super busy and I just want to go home" I was the last person in line... I should have told her something because that's such bullshit that they took their sweet time taking people ahead of me she was even arguing with a lady right before me because someone had told her incorrect information. I even wrote a customer complain because the audacity that woman hand didn't get her name but I remember her ugly face.

I've been coming to this pharmacy forever and it's somehow gotten worse over the years. The lines are always way too long and the customer service is terrible. Called the pharmacy on 8/28 around 5:30pm to check the status of my prescription and heard someone physically pick up the phone and hang up on me twice! Cannot get any worse than this location.

This Walgreens has by far the worst Pharmacy!! The drive thru lines, at times go around the building; and the lines inside go around the aisles. I don't know who is the manager for this store but he must not know how to manage very well since he is running the pharmacy, with 1 clerk and 1 pharmacist for both the inside line and the drive thru line. 2 weeks ago I had to pick up a prescription for my mom, and i tried inside but the line was crazy!! So i decided to go thru the drive thru. That was a waste of time cause that line was also huge. It took me 50 minutes!!!! 50 minutes!!!!!!!!! To get the medication!!! Hopefully management get it together with all the bad reviews cause it is not ok to allow this to happen.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!! Don't ever come here for any reason. Expect to wait hours for anything. I'm sitting in line in the drive thru and the line hasn't moved for 30 mins. The same car that was here when I arrived is still at the window. What could possibly take 30 mins to do to get someone their medicine? This is just insane. If I didn't absolutely have to have my medicine rn I would have left 25 mins ago. This isn't the first time it's been like this either. Every time I come it's a minimum of 10 minutes per car in the drive thru. So usually if I ever see more than 2 cars I just keep going. I need to remember to change my prescription pick up to rite aid.

very judging latinos people work here and they seem a little racist to everyone unless you are one of them they’ll give you service based on your ethnicity and i recommend you take your service elsewhere
