Pharmacy was completely closed because they were in break. They should have different times or workout sometime so that they don’t have to close the whole entire pharmacy.

In line for over an hour waiting for prescription antibiotics that were called in at 5 pm. I was finally told they would not be done until 9:30 pm and they close at 9:00 so I would have to pick up tomorrow! So unprofessional to make me wait so long and not help. Very rude Pharmacist. Just walked away from me. I will never give them my business. I'll go anywhere but Walgreens!

They make you wait over 30 on phone then get hung up on, to then go into line and wait a minimum of 30 min for then bad customer service. Def need more people!

I waited in the drive thru line from 5:10PM to 6:30PM to pick up medication. I was told it would be ready at 5:30 and that "no one was in line" HUGE lie. Got here and there was 2 cars in front of me and almost an hour and a half wait. Will not be coming back. I would avoid this pharmacy like the plague.

Ordered Christmas cards at this location-order was fulfilled quickly but how on Earth am I supposed to mail out cards without envelopes? Luckily, I checked the small box that the cards came in and noticed that there were no envelopes in there. I went back to ask before leaving the store. I was told that they were in a box in the back. Me trying to be reasonable, I offered to go to the market and come back. He said I'd have to come back tomorrow. Why would I come and pick up my cards today so I can come back tomorrow for envelopes? I'll be returning tomorrow alright....for my money back!I fear for the other 30 boxes of cards that I saw sitting behind the counter waiting to be picked up. I'm pretty sure they'll let everyone leave without their envelopes, hoping that nobody notices. Use this photo center at your own risk. Don't say I didn't warn you.

Wait time at the pharmacy is too long, unless you go close to closing. If you go close to closing, they are trying to get you away from the counter even though they are slow. They start partially lowering the metal shutters as a not so subtle clue to get rid of you. We called to see about transferring a prescription somewhere else with shorter wait times, and the pharmacist was easily confused, gave confusing answers, didn't answer some questions because she said she was confused. I guess "How many refills are left on this prescription, is it 4 like the website says?" Is confusing. She was very snappish and impatient, and hung up with "OK."

The store itself is ok, but the wait time at the pharmacy is ridiculous. Can't even blame the amount of customers for the delay because too many times there's only 2-3 others waiting and they still take long. At least a handful of times they've been out of certain prescriptions and I've had to go back to the primary care physician to get a paper rx to take elsewhere. Honestly, if you need your prescriptions ASAP first off make sure they're in stock and also be prepared to wait in case it's one of those busy days.

I honestly would give them more stars if it weren't for the long wait. The girls there were working so hard. While I was in line they cleaned up everything and kept it very clean and tidy. I appreciated them and it was a high stress environment for them because of the long lines from both outside and inside. Walgreens should hire more people but as far as the people in the pharmacy, they were doing their job and moving fast. I'd say they were awesome. The pharmacy is way smaller and I think they need to expand it since there is a greater need.

Incredibly rude and condescending staff. I show up 10 minutes early for a 2nd Vac shot for my son. When we came it was empty. They claim I need to wait for additional paperwork to be printed. 30 minutes later it finally "prints". It takes another 15 mins for the cashier to call us over for the shot. The Pharmacist could not be bothered to do anything. The shot was given and the lady drew enough blood where she needed 4 alcohol wipes. She gave us our card and said to wait 20 mins. Last time, they kept the card to ensure we waited. Seems like they wanted us to leave. Do not come here. They could care less about taking care of people. We left after an hour and 20 minutes. Keep in mind we came 10 minutes early to an empty store.

Jane, the pharmacist refuses to transfer prescription requested and when I drive to other store where it's at she transfers wasting hours standing in line at both. I still have no medicine. I've waited in line 10 hours and have no prescription. Also Jane gave me double booster because I got very sick. Something is wrong with her. I will never go back.

i wish they had an option to rate as 0 stars . this pharmacy is an absolute disgrace. the customer service is horrible and the wait is worse . the wait time is up to 1hr to 1hr 30 and up . its such a struggle trying to pick up medications at this pharmacy . the staffing sucks. the times ive gone here, the pharmacy staff are on their phones, or gossiping with one another and at times have made fun of customers who have caused a scene due to being told to wait an extra 30mins to an hour for their medications, when they have been in line already for an hour . the staff put customers on hold to answer their own personal calls or to continue with a conversation that has nothing to do with their job. i feel like thats literally the reason why we are always waiting an hour and more to get medications, the staff are distracted and not on top of their responsibilities.
