For the past few months, every time I come in to thos store there aren't any carts available and when I talk to management they always say that they keep getting stolen. I understand that can happen but get more! Today I came in to do a week's worth of shopping and again couldn't find a cart or even a basket to shop with! I'm going to Stater Brother's where they don't seem to have a problem with "cart thieves"

The bakery staff at Vons are amazing! They always help me by slicing my French bread just the way I like it. Their friendly and efficient service keeps me coming back. Highly recommend!

Why is there a code for the bathroom? I have never seen that at a grocery store. Why restrict it to customers? Code was easy to get but what's the point? I thought it was illegal to restrict a bathroom at an establishment.
Other than that:
Cashier was nice and the store was clean. Good meat selection and sales.

Every time is a bad experience, self checkout hosts are extremely inattentive, I was waiting for an extended period of time. Wanted to use a coupon but just ended up paying full price rather than waiting for help that wouldn't come

Today Easter day at 9am I went to the store in Fontana, Cherry and Baseline... I purchased 6 baguettes, while paying the lady at self checkout stood behind me like drill Sargent looking over my shoulder. She made me feel very uncomfortable and I wonder why she was doing that...all self checkout registers were full but she chose to stand right behind me. I'm not a thief... but for sure she made me feel like one today.

I love this Vons, it's clean, well organized and carries a lot of the items I prefer (unusual items). The produce is fresh, which is important to me. And I prefer the fried chicken from the deli over other local markets because it's not too salty. Customer service is always top. Not a big fan of the self service check out, don't like paying the same price for half the service.
