Came in to the store all they did was connect me with customer service something i can do at home and have done at home 3 times already. When i left no one cared to ask if my problem had been resolved. Horrible customer service.

Just want to start off by saying the customer service here 5 STARS all day long made everything a absolute breeze.
Also
I made a switch from T mobile to Verizon- from a iPhone to the A Samsung 24 ultra. I have to say life has been THAT MUCH better with signal, internet SPEED connected to a super awesome phone I am hook on.
Thank you Verizon!!

I am a tourist, visiting some friends, but I think I will stay for more than 3 months and they offered me one of the lines that they had free on Verizon, and they asked me to please go and leave with my wife an Internet device and a phone that was exchanged, I don't speak English well because I don't live here in the United States, and the manager, a brunette girl with funny hair, really had a disastrous and rude attitude, I confronted her and told her that her attitude was the worst. , and I will report it on its official website, for being racist.

I recently visited this Verizon store with my son in law to up grade his phone. We were greeted by a Verizon associate that would be handling our business . I was very dis appointed because she was very rude, spoke to us like we were ignorant and thought she had to give us the definition of "estimate" as if we didn't know . I have been a loyal customer of Verizon for over 25 years , so I was very disappointed. We politely walked out and took our business to the Verizon Store in Sierra Lakes. I guess it does matter what side of Sierra Ave you shop at. Regardless, I will still continue to be a loyal customer of Verizon .

Went to my neighborhood Verizon store to get a new phone. Dealt with what seemed like a descent salesman by the name of Kenya. I wanted a new phone due to mine getting damaged due to heat. I've had my old phone for going on 4 years and Kenya assured me my monthly bill would not change. Perfect!!! Well guess what, he lied and sold me a level 1 protection plan. A hint for you all, get a paper receipt and check your bill the next day. Funny part is salesman can add to your account without you being the account holder, but to remove the nonsense takes the member. We'll probably be switching to a different provider after being with verizon for many years. Too bad!!!

My visit could've been easy but they made it hard for me to express my actual concern instead of talking over me and telling me "if I paid attention" to what they're trying to explain, lol. Customer service isn't for everyone, maybe find a job you actually enjoy.

Absolutely terrible service. There was 1 lady that tried to help but then she switched with another person and she did not want to help. I wont say names because i dont want them to lose thier job but they had absolute horrible customer service,,,From the very beginning you can tell she was annoyed with our questions then she kept leaving us to "figure things out on our own" ... i see why they have such low ratings.
