I just want to address an issue with this post office all the time the drop off area is full and the drop off packaging box is broken! Manager needs to find a solution for this my package got stolen before and this is the reason!

INSURANCE FOR YOUR PACKAGES! If you sell anything online make sure you take a picture of the package and the shipping label, this place is suspect of stealing , I dropped off 3 packages and only one showed movement that still did not make it to the buyer and another package no movement at all only 1 out of 3 delivered .

The lady was rude ? how is it that the rialto post office has curtisy tape but here we have to buy it wow never coming here again.

If I could give them less then one star I would. Workers here don't care at all what they do. Very unprofessional. I could even say rude as hell.

This is absolutely the worse post office!! I’ve had so many problems with the mail carriers I don’t even know where to began. I’ve had 5 packages stolen last year and lies about why they weren’t able to deliver at my place to excuse them from getting things delivered. Leaving hand written notes in my mailbox on a white piece of paper to pick up my packages at the post office. I have contacted upper management, investigating department and went inside the post office in person. I’m so sick of these people. What do they even get paid for if they can’t even do their job!

I would leave a one star rating but the manager and girl with him were nice. Why would I need to show two forms of identification that I live at my address when you need three forms of identification to get a driver’s license or identification card? I would be the only person that would have my identification with my address on it is this not correct? Please stop dumbing down society with your decisions. It’s truly disheartening and terrible you want to treat victims of mail theft as if they are the suspects. We have all been victims of a federal crime, multiple of them. We are the victims, not the suspects. Please stop treating us like we aren’t the victims in this. The lack of compassionate care of your general staff is very noticeable, unprofessional, and downright wrong. Please hire more compassionate people, and adapt better standards for the service you provide.

very bad Service very bad manager.
I waited for my turn and one of the workers told me that you have to wait for the manger to finish. I waited 10 minutes, and I was the first to come, and then another customer came and I talked to him and she ignored me, and then he spoke to me inappropriately, and another customer came and she ignored me, and then I told her why you ignored me twice. She told me, “I can.” ignore you 3 times.. How rude is that never come come

The customer service/counter reps are severely undertrained.
It’s extremely obvious when the new employees are adamant they cannot scan the prepaid shipping labels or QR codes at their counter/register. Always demanding people to use the glitchy/faulty SSK machines.
In addition to that, they are not aware USPS also does passport services. How are they not able to help me with a simple money order.
Postmaster general, if you are reading this, please for the love of god, train your new staff.

My neighborhood friendly post office. Read the signs, follow the rules. Do what the workers say and don't cause trouble. Easy peazy, happy shipping.

Went to have a package shipped. Postal clerk was very helpful. She answered all my questions and options on different shipping rates. Will be going back
