Unfortunately, I had a terrible experience with Tomas, an employee with a severe attitude. This whole situation could have been preventable but due to his hatred for his job, he throws anger at anyone that comes his way for assistance. Simple things seemed to trigger him and set him off. His nasty and disturbing attitude made my sister and I uncomfortable. I felt mistreated and verbally/mentally abused. Such a horrible experience. This is how I felt, I can only imagine how he has made others feel. Tomas correct that nasty attitude, unacceptable to be talking to people like that. I will not be coming back to deal with his behavior. Unprofessional and scary.

0 stars . The way my friend was treated was very unacceptable. I'm angry because the mailman passed by my neighborhood and skipped my home and they do this every week on Friday and Saturday and I have had enough! ?️0️⃣????

Workers are rude. Seems like they don’t like working there. You can tell by the way they speak to the customers. Very unprofessional.

Staff is cool, but no pride in their work. You would think with this being a government agency they would take pride in their building. Envelopes on th3 floor NONE of their pens work ac duct is dirty light bulbs are out.. a little bit of pride can go a long way....

Worst post office in the 909 area. I go to 4 different ones around the area depending where I’m at. This one is the slowest and always has a long line. They’re always having issues and it’s probably the only one in the area that opens later than the rest. If you’re in a hurry, I’d recommend any other post office in the area besides this one.

Im really disappointed ☹️ of this usps as well looks like you hire the worst people because there miserable in their jobs I sent multiple packages but in one package I need it about 3 inches of tape I ask nicely and politely if I can just have a little piece of tape since the envelope opened a little and she suggested rolling her eyes to BUY the entire roll. Wow really? SMH

Lot of bad reviews here for things out of this post office’s control. Don’t complain about long lines, they’re understaffed and work as efficiently as possible from 4am until 10pm. Complain to your senator if you want something done about the lines so more money goes to Usps.Helpful tip, research what you can do online, print your postage, save your time.

Filipino guy is cool and has great customer service the other one that's always there next to him not so much . Seems like he's being forced to work there no customer service skills at all . Can start by saying hello to the customers or anything at all would help when he has a customer in front of him ? just saying ?

Honestly,I wish zero stars was an option.I do not know where to begin my review. This location lacks the professionalism of functioning like a true postal carrier. First, any time I have an item shipped to me via this USPS location, my anxiety flares due to their disregard of properly delivering mail. Every package, I have ordered is either late for some made up reason, such as their latest and greatest, "The delivery is delayed due to an animal interference". I knew immediately this was a lie because when I spoke to the representative they argued I may have had a pet that got in the way of me receiving my item and in all actuality I don't have one. What invisible animal did they see that made them drive in the other direction with my mail.Second, in a previous issue with them mishandling mail in Dec 2022, they argued my package was missing because the carrier marked it as delivered, when in all actuality he did not even bother to deliver it at all, the next day there was an update in status which stated, "available for pickup at the Fontana location" I went in to pick it up and they argued they couldn't find it. Moreover, the postal clerk who found and delivered it said the carrier who delivered the previous day was lazy and stashed it in the truck so it took a while to locate it.Third, in a recent incident with them, I had another item which was also marked as delivered and also changed to pickup at the Fontana location which they could not locate so their best guess was to tell me it may be in route via the truck that day.Finally, I don't feel safe with this post office handling my mail because I am also constantly receiving my neighbors mail such as bills, credit cards, and other sensitive documents. I have also had individual neighbors bring my mail to me saying it was placed in the wrong box, and one item that was never recovered because it was delivered to the wrong address.To conclude, this post office is unsafe for handling your mail and needs to improve their standards of operation.

Receiving destroyed envelopes with one being empty is not ok . I got a letter from the post office apologizing but that doesn’t explain what is happening to my mail ! Who is opening my mail and stealing what was inside . I’m glad that it was just stickers inside but imagine this being something important. I would like to speak to management about this . Who is opening my mail ? Why are they taking things ? Who is the thief ?

This place is so rude and disrespectful; i wish i could give -5 stars. It's inhumane how condescending and malicious the employees talk to you. I came in to drop off some polymailers and two boxes (already packages and labels bought, i simply needed to drop off)... and I came in at 4:55pm... of course the boxes did not fit in the tiny drop off slit.. so i kindly asked the guy on the other side "hey my package doesn't fit, im sorry"... and this rude employee says "aw will that's a problem isn't it?".... literally what the f**** and i say "yeah, um.. would you mind grabbing it? it's paid for it jus needs to go inside"... and he says "aw yeah i would mind"... and it's awkward silence, and i go "so im suppose to just drive back here to drop off tomorrow???"... and he says "mhm we open at like, i don't know, i think 10"this is absolutely so upsetting. i am furious and disappointed at this treatment. never coming here again. it's so easy and kind to jus open the door and grab it. it takes less than 4 seconds. to the guy working there today, such a disappointing act of customer service and just humanity.
