This store has such great customer service, I was immediately greeted by everyone! I went in confused about how I can go about doing my returns, when Kayandra assisted me! She was super nice and knew how to get the job done efficiently, she also showed me how to work the kiosk. 10/10!

This ups in Fontana was great clean quick and reliable and people were kind I recommend to come to this one it would be nice if the hrs were open longer.

I was there 7-19-25 to return a number of packages. I was quite nervous as this is something my wife takes care of and truly grateful! However, Devin was not only incredibly professional, he was also very patient with me. Thank you UPS store for having a consummate professional like Devin on your team!!!

Devin!! Devin is the employee everyone should have in their space. Devin made sure I did not feel overwhelmed incompetent or silly for all my questions and I appreciate his level professionalism, tact and courtesy. I will return to this UPS location every time because of Devin and the rest of the employees like him.
