Every time I visit the UPS Store, I have a very pleasant experience. I usually visit every other day to mail out something from my eBay store. I also use their very convenient USPS bin for packages and letters for pickup by the USPS postal carrier.

Called ahead of time. Got pricing and took my stuff in. Then they said it wss 4 times the amount. Then they couldn't package my item after they said they could. Very bad service and attitude esd poor.

This location is repeatedly failing to meet expectations, and it must stop immediately.
The official pickup time is listed as 6 PM, yet I have consistently observed the driver arriving significantly earlier, around 5:30 PM. Initially, this discrepancy was not a concern, as I was assured by a staff member that packages dropped off by 5 PM would be scanned in the same day. However, despite dropping off packages exactly at 5 PM, or even slightly earlier, they are not scanned until the following night. This delay results in a status update of merely "we have your package," which doesn’t even appear on the tracker until late at night THE NEXT DAY, which tarnishes my reputation by making it appear as though I am not meeting my promised drop-off dates and times to my customers, particularly with time-sensitive perishable goods.
In an effort to resolve this issue, I adjusted my drop-off time to 4 PM, yet the problem persists. This repeated failure to adhere to your stated schedule is causing significant financial losses for my business, potentially amounting to thousands of dollars.
You might suggest standing in line to have the packages scanned immediately. However, the lines are excessively long, often extending out the door and requiring hours to navigate. As a business owner, my time is valuable. I take the extra steps to weigh, pack, and label all my packages to streamline the process for your staff, so they only need to scan and ship them. It is incomprehensible how a company centered on the concept of shipping can consistently fail to execute this basic function correctly.
This issue must be addressed immediately. Failure to resolve this matter will result in further financial harm and could lead to potential legal action for failing to meet your advertised service standards.

The UPS Store was extremely disorganized. The lines are always long, and the associates were unprofessional and unhelpful. The store itself was a mess, with clutter everywhere and no clear system in place. I wouldn't recommend this location to anyone.

It's like Cheers! The place you wanna go where everybody knows your name, and they're always glad you came. Excellent service and just a nice place to be.
