Horrible place to buy a car. I drove over an hour to see a Subaru. When I got there it had so much more damage then in the pictures. The car had issues from the start. From starting issues to performance issues to the ac not working . Fair enough it was an older car but it shouldn’t be out if it’s not ready. When speaking to the lady, it was a pleasant experience. I had a couple concerns about the modifications of the car. When asked no one there was able to tell me what the car had or had any knowledge of the vehicle. All I got in response was “what modifications are you not looking for”. When trying to negotiate due to conditions of the car. I was met with sarcasm by another man who interjected the sale. “We will give you warranty for 6 years on every part”. (We were talking about the ac problem)if it wasn’t for my knowledge on the car I would have been fooled by this man saying he would just add freeze to fix it. I
got up and thanked the lady for her time and informed her that her boss just caused her to lose her sale. The man replied and said “don’t worry about her sale”….Sir, she gets money off commission. I think her family’s worried about it. I asked the lady to tell his boss to contact me and it’s been over a week and I’ve heard nothing. Clearly these people are there to flip a car not help you or even their employees.

I'd never thought I'd buy a used car from a dealership. I have purchased all my previous cars from Facebook market because I gave up on dealerships, since most of them all the do play games and waste you time and money with all the mandatory options they make you pay for.
However, this dealership is upfront about pricing and yet great prices. I knew exactly what my finances were going to be before I visited the dealership. I loved that they value your time, and they did the dmv paperwork from there.
Went there test drove the car, i liked it. I was done with everything within an hour.
Al is professional and courteous and walked me through the papers as I signed. Honest guy deserves all the credit.

Looking for a vehicle is difficult and frightening especially when you have absolutely no clue on how to buy one. Luckily I was greeted by Al who is knowledgeable and friendly. He walked me through how it was going to work. Found the car I wanted showed me payment options. (Payments I could afford)! So thankful for him and his team for making this possible!

First time buying a car from a dealership and Upgrade was so understanding and accommodating. Al especially was so patient and friendly, he helped me get my car even though there was some red tape issues with payment! They're honest, straightforward, and really seem to care about getting their customers the best deal they can. The Nissan Versa Note I bought is fantastic! Great price, runs like a dream, and the staff is so transparent about the process I felt confident driving off the lot. Definitely recommend!

Bait and Switch! We drive 30+ miles this morning (Sunday) at 10am to see a car. Al had texted me on for the past 3 days about the car. Confirmed with him yesterday afternoon before they closed. We get there this morning and the car is not on the lot. The lady salesperson there was confused and couldn't find the car any where, even after I gave her the VIN. She called Al and he said it was sold and to show him something else. I told her you guys run a "Bait and Switch" business and I wasn't interested. So my wife and I left. Completely wasted our Sunday morning by driving over 60 miles for nothing. Gave them a 2 Star as I felt bad for the lady salesperson who had no idea what happened to the car that they advertised. Should be a 0 Star! Bait and Switch is an underhanded business practice! BUYERS BEWARE!!! Don't be the next victim!

Even 5 stars not enough to describe this car experience! Ramzi was absolutely awesome! He was be able to provide me with great deal. He was honest and knowledgeable and provided the information I need without even asking. Absolutely he will make you feel comfortable and welcome. Highly recommend if you need a best car buying experience!
