Everything is done according to their agreement. They will bring the trailer to your address, and you will have 3 days to load the space you purchased. Then, they will deliver it to the destination address, and you will have 3 days to unload it. Their customer service people always answer the phone, give you information, or answer any questions. Their website is easy to use and you will get text messages with updates and links.

We had an absolutely phenomenal and perfect experience using U-Pack. We moved 2400 miles away and ABF U-Pack team helped us every step of the way. Very good documentation, instructions, and communication. Their customer service is top notch. For what is already a tough thing to move, ABF made the experience that much smoother and easier. Thank you to the ABF U-Pack team!!!!

I couldn't be happier with the entire experience with UPack!!! Every time I called and spoke to someone they were beyond professional and reassuring. Plus - the truck drivers were very nice and professional too! I was a bit worried about my stuff - but was so pleasantly surprised that all turned out GREAT! - and beyond my expectations!! I will definitely do business with these folks again :)

I had an outstanding experience with U-Pack! I'm so grateful to have found them at the last minute. From the initial phone call to book their services to the final delivery of my ReloCube, the entire process was top-notch. A special shoutout to the driver who picked up my cube - he went above and beyond to ensure my boxes were carefully loaded and secured to prevent any damage or scratches. His kindness and patience were truly impressive. Thank you, U-Pack, for providing exceptional service that exceeded my expectations.

From my first phone call to U-Pack they were very proffessional, did what they said they would do it for, the price they said they would do it for, and made it happen on the days I needed them.
The drivers were great and professional.
These guys are pros at moving stuff from one place to another.
If you are willing to pack and un pack I don't think tou will get a better deal.

This company was reliable and were right on time. I did pay for the guaranteed delivery date, but it was worth having our things delivered fast. Would definitely use them again, but I hope I do not need to.

We moved from the LA area to Oahu. U-pack was the best price for the service and by sq footage. This was the only company I found that also allowed me to ship my motorcycle in the container with my other goods. They were easy to talk to and gave quick information. Aaron came to deliver my containers for packing in Glendora and he was very helpful and worked hard to get them in my back yard for packing. On the Oahu side Marissa in the office was fun and helpful. They are delivered on time. And picked up in a casual amount of time. No hassle. Great company to help us relocate. Thank you U-Pack.

I liked u-pack all around for the most part. You get the truck for about 3 days beforehand which is great. They only charge you for what you use, so the price is better than many others. It takes a bit longer to get to the destination, but that's why it's cheaper. My only issues were with the pick-up and drop-off. The app says give 24 hour notice, so I was going to do that, however when you click on the link, it gave me the impression that they could come at any time after I hit the button. I wasn't packed at that moment. I waited until 10pm on a Thursday thinking it would be picked up on Friday. Nope, it was pushed to Monday. The pick-up of the empty trailer was worse. I knew we'd have it emptied quickly and I knew the issue I had with pick up. As soon as we got the trailer, I requested a pick up hoping it would be out the next day (my HOA wasn't happy with a large trailer sitting in the street). The request kept saying the next day, however it wasn't picked up. The following day I called and they said it would be picked up. I came home from work at 5:30 and it was still there, so I called a second time and it was finally picked up that night. Other than that, I'd recommend them

From the very first phone call UPack staff were friendly, professional and attentive! We even needed a second trailer last minute and we were accommodated quickly and our move wasn't delayed at all. Moving across country is hard and stressful but using UPack made it much less so. We would definitely use them again and refer friends and family, especially for long moves like ours! Thank you UPACK!

We had a long distance move and U-Pack is my company to help. They were right on time when dropping off and picking up when trailer was loaded. The people I talk to through out this move journey were extremely nice and so helpful. I will be definitely be telling everyone that ABF is the company to use. A 10 star company for sure.

We packed a 2+bedroom house intp 4 Pods. U-Pack was easy to coordinate with - even dropping off the fourth, unplanned Pod within our timeframe to complete the moving process.The transit took much longer than we anticipated, as there were some coordination issues that were out of our control. However, all of our belongings showed up in good condition, and we really appreciated the MovingStaffers help in both loading and unloading. U-Pack made the process very easy, offered all the services we needed, and would use them again.
