“Cool spot for little ones. You can take your little one to create they're own special stuffed animal. It's a fun experience for all. You stuff a doll of your choice, add a heart, and create a birth certificate. They also have little extras like a sound and even a scent to add in your stuffed animal. They sell clothes for the dolls as well as little accessories. You can take your little one on their birthday month and get a birthday bear and the cost will be the age of your child. We were in today creating a bear for my 1 year old. We also got our bear a t-shirt. Fun experience and safe to say this will be our birthday tradition ❤ I added a pic or the sanrio dolls because I thought they were cute ?”
“Never been to GMI in person as I live in another state, but I placed an order online for a map-tile expansion pack for a TTRPG. I had been looking for this specific pack for sometime, as it was discontinued by the manufacturer. Unfortunately I was shipped the incorrect item, and so emailed them right away asking for a return label.Less than 24 hours later I received an email from customer service apologizing for the issue, as well as an email with a new tracking number for the correct product which they shipped out immediately.Would buy from GMI again.”

“This the 3rd or 4th time I've been at this location with my daughter. Rochelle the store manager is excellent. The 2nd time I was at this location it was extremely busy. Rochelle was very professional and kept acknowledging customers telling them thank you for their patience. I have been in a lot of different places where the manager is horrible. Rochelle handled the situation extremely well and provided such great customer service! “Since there's no more Toys R Us, I wanted to check out this store to see if there's anything that my nephew would like. The store is packed with all sorts is toys. The aisles are very narrow. I wanted to check out all the small motorized vehicles, but most of them were stacked up on top of the shelves and hard to see. The mini cycles were adorable! So much eye candy for a kid to want everything from remote control vehicles to skateboards. Although the section with dolls and playhouses, I'd rather just buy the real Barbie instead. Didn't find anything yet, but it was nice to see what they're selling.”
“Great locals. They host Yugioh, Pokemon, One Piece, Dragon Ball Fusion, Lorcana, and Star Wars Unlimited tournaments. Plenty of space to play. You're not shoulder to shoulder and pairings are easy to see. Two restrooms. Best place to buy singles for the games listed above.”
“I absolutely love visiting this toy store! They have an incredible variety of toys, including some fantastic novelty items. I was thrilled to find Coraline figurines and plushies, which are quite rare. You can easily spend a lot of time exploring all the unique and fun toys they have in stock. The customer service is consistently nice and helpful, adding to the positive shopping experience. The store is always clean and well-organized, making it a joy to browse. “A tad on the pricier side from this Japanese boutique store, so I'll have to wait for the next visit to support them. Yesterday's trip was strictly a window shopping event from this store. I'm more of a Daiso/Miniso fan, but I decided to take a looksie here. Compared to Daiso and Miniso, this store displayed similar items for more expensive. They have plushes from Super Mario to Pusheen. I almost bought me a Christmas Pusheen but decided to wait on that item. It was easy to browse around and look for stuff because their entire store was very well organized. Perhaps closer to Holiday season, I will return again for something.....but I was hoping the Pusheens wouldn't be so pricey.”
