So I'm reviewing based off my tour. I called and asked if they had availability for my two yr old and my baby the lady on the phone assured me they did. So me and my husband drove over 1 hr to come see this place to be told they don't have room for either of them! Complete waist of time the call center and the actual facility need to be on the same page and honestly the place didn't seem very friendly.

I just love love love this facility so much. They are very near & dear to my heart. Everytime i bring my son i just come in & leave with a smile because i feel my son is safe. I trust the teachers, i know he is learning, they keep them busy and when i hear from my friends, the nightmares they go through at other day cares i feel warm-hearted that my son is in good hands everyday. They follow direction for special situations, when it comes to holidays.. there's always amazing holiday spirit and parents work long hours or sometimes can't make it back in time to do the holiday festivities and courtyard will make sure if the parent can't. They will. Everyone is so sweet. My son has been here since he was one, he is about to be 3 and i just love it here. Don't get me started on the director, about 2 weeks ago my daughters elementary school gave me hell and i needed my kids picked up and i called courtyard to ask them to accommodate a new request to have a friend pick my son up and i cried to the director about how accommodating they are. They just make everything smooth and so understanding. Kristy is amazing, i enjoy seeing her when i bring my son in so glad i got this opportunity. Very worth it!! It's clean, it's pretty, modern, always up to speed!! Thank you Kristy girllll , i love you guys lol

A few improvement opportunities that could help.1. The employees appear to park close to the building instead of utilizing parking in the secondary row or on the side and leaving the closer spots for the parents (customers). 2. The facility used to have a cleaning service come in on a regular basis. Once the transition to Children's Courtyard occurred, this appeared to stop and the staff (teachers) were responsible for cleaning. 3. They do tend to be short staffed semi-frequently so the kids get mixed around with other groups and in other classes. When this became more frequent, my family (along with several other families we made acquaintance with) noticed our kids getting sick (colds, pink eye, stomach flu) more frequently than in the year prior when they opened back up after COVID.4. Some of the teachers are a bit inconsistent in their approach with the kids each day. Some teachers will greet the kids every morning, setting the tone for the day while others are hit or miss and sometimes set a negative tone for the morning. With little ones, that's important.Overall, my family doesn't regret sending our son and we acknowledge his development over the course of 2 years. The majority of the staff/teachers are friendly and helpful. The place is expensive so my call-outs above are just a few things that could be addressed to appease the customer who is paying a premium for the service.

I called and got information for my kids spring break I talked with Nicole she took my information down andSaid that she would talk with the director and get back to me. Well it's now May and I'm still waiting on that call. That's rude and very unprofessional if she couldn't take my kids that's all she had to say instead of not calling back.

My son loves this place which makes me a very happy mom! The staff is great, very understanding, professional and friendly. The place is always super clean and secure. I get daily updates of what they ate and what they did for the day along with pictures and videos. My son will be transitioning to Kindergarten soon and I feel they have really helped him prepare for Kinder. I wish I would have found this place sooner.

After a bad experience at another daycare facility, we are very happy with the Childrens Courtyard. Super clean facility, great curriculum, very friendly and attentive director and teachers!
