The drive up employees are always so rude for no reason.. has happened multiple times where they walk up to my car & say absolutely NOTHING. I wait for them to say something or anything at all & they always say “the code???” in a condescending tone. Has happened on more than one occasion.

Worst Target ever. All of the Price Scanners are out of order like at least fix one of them. They keep saying they would be replaced but God knows when that will happen.

Ru in Redlands, CA is very unprofessional and a poor representation of Target. This diva claims to be the manager but needs to learn conflict resolution and how to accept ownership for when a promotion does not ring up correctly in the register. Acting like you’re better than your customers with your rude tone won’t get you far in life. Price matching and honoring advertised promotions when the customer shows you the proof is the managers responsibility to rectify.

Absolutely the worst Target ever! The women’s bathroom was disgusting! A toilet was overflowing as was the trash can. There was poop on toilet paper on the floor and no paper towels. I tried to get popcorn at the snack bar and no one came except the Starbucks employee who told me the person was on a break. I proceeded to wait and a lady(employee) asked why I was there. Was she a manager? Tall plus size with glasses. She was very rude to me! She didn’t care at all about the bathroom and told me that the guy working the snack bar was needed somewhere else. What exactly was she doing that she couldn’t be kind? I just wanted popcorn. It’s a shame that customer service has gone out the window. I’m 48 and when I was working in my 20s I’d have been fired for that kind of service.

This location is horrible. The customer service is a joke. The employees are rude and not helpful in the slightest. The store is never stocked or clean. It is constantly unorganized, and the employees/management spend more time on their phones than working.
Do yourself a favor and shop on Amazon rather than wasting your time and money here.

This is probably the worst targets I've ever been too and that's including the ones in the ghetto it's either the people or the mangers that are letting they're store to get this dirty and messy

Omg the bathrooms are so bad here I have to give the whole store 1 star dude ? you know how long people shop here for the least they can do is give us a clean place to pee so we don’t have to rush home and we can keep shopping

I usually very satisfied with Target. But not sure what happened customer satisfaction went out the door. I went in to pick up a comforter set and was excited to see so many set on clearance. I got to the register and found out the one I chose was not on clearance. The cashier apologized and said someone probably moved it. I told her no problem I will come back. Came back following day and to my surprise the comforter set was right back in the same spot a long with 2 more of the same set. So I took a picture and went to the register spoke to a manager and was told they could not honor it. All they could do is give me a 20% off and then proceeded to say that they did not know what happened, but it was overstock. For as long as I've been a customer at this target I feel that that is unacceptable and tags should have been removed at that point rather than sending so many customers back-and-forth is very inconvenient to not do anything at all not to fix it or remove the tags as a simple process this so customers are not thinking that the item is on clearance. Very dissatisfied.

My recent visit to Target left me thoroughly disappointed, primarily due to the lack of cleanliness throughout the store, particularly in the restroom facilities. It's alarming to note that the restroom was in an abysmal state, with dirt and grime abound, suggesting a severe lack of maintenance and oversight. The condition of the toilet was downright appalling, seemingly neglected and untouched for hours. To make matters worse, the absence of toilet paper further exacerbated the situation, leaving patrons in a highly inconvenient and uncomfortable predicament.
As a frequent shopper at Target, I expected a higher standard of hygiene and sanitation. However, this experience has left me questioning the store's commitment to customer satisfaction and basic cleanliness. It's imperative for Target to address these issues promptly and implement stringent protocols to ensure that such lapses in hygiene are not repeated in the future. Customers deserve a clean and pleasant shopping environment, and it's disheartening to witness such negligence in a reputable establishment like Target. I hope that management takes immediate action to rectify these shortcomings and uphold the standards expected of a trusted retailer.

Always understaffed. If you come in the morning nothing is ever stocked and there’s always huge lines for checkout because they only have 2 or 3 registers open. Absolutely hate this location I would recommend going to the South Fontana location on Slover but it being on the other side of town is a huge inconvenience.
