Stick to your plan when you come in here.I decided to switch phone providers and came in to get 4 lines switched to t mobile and get new phones. I did my homework and knew what plan I could afford and how to use my work's 15% discount.Easy and clear, right? Wrong! The employees here are like sharks because they work off commission and get $ on extras like insurance and add-ons.The lady that helped me, Italia, was nice but pushy trying to get me to the most expensive plan, most expensive phones, and most expensive accessories. I said no to everything but somehow ended up leaving with insurance I did not agree to and an extra "free" line.I was told it would all get fixed after the first billing cycle. Wrong! I was on the phone often getting rid of all these dumb charges. The store couldn't do anything on the extra charges cause it was out of their hands.

This store in my opinion is one of the worst. First off you hve a blind customer in there, and other people cut in front of them. How are you going to let them cut, when the blind person has been waiting for a while. When all they want is to take care of their business, and leave. Moreover, you tell them I'm helping these customers first and make them wait? Unexceptible. Something needs to change here, or I will make sure that people who are blind and visually impaired find another place to go in the area for t-mobile. This makes me so sad that people are going to mistreat other blind people.

Christian soto was sooo helpful and answered all my questions. He was extremely knowledgeable. He had the best customer services . The store manger Aryl (I spelled that right ) was welcoming and made sure everyone was being helped! Forever going back to this T-Mobile.

Germane, the salesperson I encountered, turned out to be a disgraceful deceiver. They provided me with misleading information about a phone plan, leading me to make a regretful purchase. It's important to stay away from them and not be fooled by their false claims. Protect yourself from their deceptive practices.

UnreliableMy phone was having issues receiving service (calls, text, data). Walk in to the store to sort the issue out where my phone was inspected and had the SIM card swapped out but the issue persisted. I was told the phone qualified for a manufacturer warranty replacement as it was under a year I purchased my phone. Was notified a few days later that the replacement had arrived and when I went to the store I was denied replacement since my phone had a "hairline" crack (scratch from car keys) despite being in the same condition and inspected a few days earlier when it was deemed qualified for manufacturer warranty. Spent over a week without working phone service. Overall, terrible customer experience along with unreliable and inconsistent policies for an issue (no service) out of my control.
