Very great experience for this purchased. Every 3-4 years we are buying new car. We are very blessed to have a great deals of our purchase this time at sunrise ford . Saleman Mr Michael and brian michael and mr Ruben for finance. They had spend so much time to help us have the best deals of the prices of the car and 0% interest. Dealership have the most inventory compare to most deal in area , and in Orange county. Definitely recommend for friend and anyone .

Texting with salesman. He just quit answering. He said he was willing to make a deal. Sadly manager is the deal maker. Don’t even bother with salesman here. Just go straight to manager. We went to another dealer got same 53k truck ordered for 48. Do better Sunrise

Excellent service with sales and management. Seth Morley is by far the greatest salesman there. With the amount of vehicles we have on our credit he was still able to work it out and give us a great interest-rate. Truly appreciate this when you own a business

Oscar Valadez is a great asset to Sunrise Ford. He immediately came across as professional, honest and willing to help us achieve our goal in purchasing an Explorer. It took quite a while to go through financing however Oscar worked with us all the way through and stayed until the end to make sure we were comfortable learning everything about our new car. This is our second purchase from Sunrise, and I highly recommend them and Oscar to anyone looking for a Ford.

I had a most wonderful experience at Sunrise Ford Fontana. After visiting three other dealerships in the area they were by far the best! I not only felt valued but Luan took the time to get to know me and what I was looking for. She was was very professional and kindly explained the available options. I got to meet a few others on the team including Tony and Jose in finance and they all went out of their way to make our experience a positive one!
I also appreciated that Luan throughly listened to my needs and offered relevant recommendations. I am extremely happy with my purchase!
I absolutely recommend Sunrise Ford for the best customer service experience!

I drove an hour to Sunrise Ford in Fontana on Labor Day because they had better prices than a previous dealer and I was not disappointed. I purchased a new 2024 F150 STX V8 5.0L at a really fair price. I never felt pressured or uncomfortable with the whole process. I was treated with respect and kindness. My salesman was Erik Mora. He's a really nice person and he wants you to be completely satisfied with the car buying experience. I highly recommend Erik Mora! I also enjoyed Jose Gonzalez in the finance department. They all made the whole process easy and stress free. Even my friend who came with me decide to buy a F150 as well! Overall I recommend Sunrise Ford in Fontana. They aim to please! Thanks guys! A++! ??

My wife and I have been looking at jeeps and we found one we wanted to see but it was in the shop. A very nice and knowledgeable salesman, Chad, kept us posted even though it was taking a long time to get serviced. I was driving by and thought this guy deserves our business. So I stopped to see if we would be interested in anything and he helped me out. Unfortunately, I didn’t find anything that fit the bill, but hope my next purchase is from him. I’ll keep an eye out! Thanks for the help! Also hope the new young guy sold that ford raptor this evening!
