Had a great experience at sunrise Ford Fontana went into quick lane and got my car returned that same hour and a half and had answers immediately would defiantly recommend this dealership very nice and friendly staff

Everything about this place was great. I never thought I would say this about a car buying experience, but it was really great. Alexis (salesman) was really responsive on the phone and through text and helped me find the exact car I wanted before I even got there. He and Albert (sales manager) were honest and straightforward the whole time. No back and forth BS, no tricks. Jimmy in finance was super chill and easy to deal with, and he worked extra to get me a great rate. The whole process was quick and painless. Best dealership experience I've had.

Second time purchasing from this dealer, and this time deserves a review. Sam and Joe made the experience of buying a bronco, one of the best. If you're looking to come here, definitely request one of them!

Came back here again today, I bought a few cars from the dealership over the years, now I'm dealing with somebody in a fleet by the name of Jose Moreno, he's great to work with. He helped my last vehicle purchaseA few months ago he is a former technician as well, so that really helps and really asks what you need and what you're using the vehicle for, it's hard nowadays to find well-rounded people that do both ends of the business and he does it well, very patient showed me some great things today. I will be making my decision in the next upcoming weeks and I'll definitely be going through Jose again

Disorganized unfriendly chaos. The vehicle purchase was simple, but getting any maintenance on your vehicle is another story entirely. The service department was completely unorganized, the employees were rude, unhelpful, and extremely incompetent at their jobs. They never called to update the status of the vehicle. A simple computer update took well over 24 hours.Do not get your vehicle serviced here.

1st time going here had an appointment for an oil change at 9 am was there for 5 hours they said that it was first come first serve basis, so why make an appointment? Why have a site to make an appointment if you're not gonna go by that ? I could get cheaper faster service elsewhere. I paid $108 for an oil change. Never should've downgraded from a Toyota !!downgraded to a Ford. Toyota had me in and out in less than two hours. Won't be going back.! When you try to do the right thing and take your cars to their original dealers

Not sure what's going on with the Service advisors , they can't ever seem to answer there phones !There is also this one girl that keeps answering the phone for BDC & keeps hanging up on me while I'm talking ! Every unprofessional, I've left VM to service manager about this issue and no one has reached back !I'm just looking for a quote on a repair and some decent customer service !

Definitely avoid this dealership if they have a used car that interests you. I worked closely with a guy named Christian in online sales to work out a deal on a truck I liked. After I drove 2 hours to the dealer from Orange County they let me know Christian was unable to make it in today despite an emergency. I later heard guys talking to a Christian - could be a coincidence but I think not. Christian promised me a washed, gassed up truck for my arrival. When I arrived some sleeze ball named Aaron helped me. Brought up the dirty as truck that was damaged clearly hoping the dirtiness would hide the damage. Aaron also explained to me that Christian failed to mentioned the mandatory dealer installed "protection package" for this POS which would add another $3500 to the final price. Needless to say I left tire marks in the parking lot, I couldn't get out of there fast enough.

While other dealers have fewer cars and average selection, Sunrise Ford has a HUGE selection of new/used vehicles. This is why they sell and service so many vehicles, go in and hit the Gong at the world famous Sunrise Ford Super Store. Tell them Johnny Canales sent "take it away"

Bottom Line Up Front - Avoid this place - they lie, they load their vehicles with no-value options they make big margins on and they waste your time.I should have read the reviews before wasting a Saturday at this sleazy establishment. I actually called ahead and made an appointment in an attempt to avert such a waste of time.I arrived early and was told my sales person was on his way and that his "team mate" could help until he arrived. That was a total lie because they never even told the guy I had the appointment with that I was there. They load their vehicles with a bunch of expensive "no-value" options such as $695 for Nitrogen in the tires - other dealers add that for free.I abruptly left after 3 hours of wasted time - my phone rang 16 times telling me that they wanted to make a deal - but why did they not want to make a deal when I was there? So I agree to proceed with the purchase and the finance guy calls me and tells me he is sending the paperwork over for me to e-sign. All that is fine but as I read the contract it is NOT what we had agreed upon. They changed the extended warranty to a 3rd party and I specifically stated I wanted only the Ford Extended Warranty. Beware - their privacy agreement allows them to do whatever they want with your personal information - these guys probably sell it to the vultures on the dark-web to make a few extra bucks.Very disappointed as they had the vehicle I wanted but too much game-playing and wasting my time - even after I told them I was not going to spend the day there.

Worst sales process EVER.. tried to buy out lease..brought our own financing they tried to have us sign for 150.00 more payment.. that was 1st try.. 2nd try same car..same situation.. they sent us paperwork via email.. got to the dealership.. the #s didnt correlate..took 1.5 hours just to draw up new paperwork... plus I took my fusion into their service department over a year ago..having electronic issues... they said they had to do a factory reset..took over 8 hours to get back ..my car was filthy..they parked it in a dirt field.. and I noticed that ALL OF MY radio stations were the SAME and my phone was STILL on the bluetooth paired list...so NO FACTORY RESET...take your business to CITRUS FORD...THESE PEOPLE ARE BOZOS
