If I could I would give it -5 stars do to the poor customer service it almost felt like I wasn't even paying and I was getting it for free the baristas gave me whatever drink they wanted and not what I asked and when I asked for espresso they said they were cleaning the machine At 1 pm in the afternoon I will not be coming back to this place

Waiting at least 10 mins for them to take my order at no point did they acknowledge me, apologize for the wait, or even look my way. The whole time they were preparing drinks talking to each other.

One particular employee was upset and said we had to calm down and our order because we were ordering too much i dontbthink that is acceptable and if she has a problem with taking big orders maybe she shouldn't be working there

Came Jan 28 around 9 and dude at the drive thru window messed up my order I had ordered a iced beverage was gonna hand me a hot drink seen he messed up and just poured the hot coffee into ice it wasn’t even busy about 2 cars could of easily just made another one 10$ for a watered down coffee

Starbucks customer service has gone down the drain. I have been calling and they just pick it up and hang up. With Dutch bros building locations around the area you would think they would still care as if they are untouchable. Very rude and not even friendly staff anymore.

My dirty iced chai tea order. It was on point. I finished it in about ten fifteen minutes. Nice, jolt, cool and tasty. I love, the Marygold & sierra pick up orders Starbucks. It's nice to just order on your phone and to go and pick up.

Sadly very disappointed with starbucks employees. During this heat wave I asked for a cup of ice water and they asked me to wait in line. Which I don't understand if I wasn't making a purchase and have been attended multiple times in the past.

Just came in an the three employees were in a corner talking. It’s 9:38 and it says this location opens at 9. I kindly asked if they were open. One of the employees just nods her head “no” with a bad attitude. Totally rude and unprofessional. Why hire people that know nothing about customer service? This employee made me feel unwelcome, or what Starbucks stands for. She belongs at a Walmart.

Came here with my nieces and was ordering. The girl taking my order had an attitude was rude how she was speaking to me. I didn't catch her name but she had glasses, black curly hair in a ponytail. Gotta work on customer service. Didn't get a receipt or say the order went through just walked away.
