Was!! A loyal customer for more than 10 years My experience in the last 3 days has been the worst I have received first I was told that can't cancel my account that I need to wait an hour on the phone to cancel. It's okay I said I'm going to go into the store and cancel. I going to the store and wait an hour and the guy that helps me goes okay sir it's been canceled but you have to return the equipment otherwise you'll be charged. I told him what equipment I have been using my equipment for more than 10 years I have never activated or you spectrum's internet modems I purchased my own to avoid monthly fees just a service. Hector is a terrible customer service rep if you going to the store please get somebody else to help you he is the worst two people for like 15 people waiting horrible customer service very disappointed and I'm glad I'm canceling my account. If these people represent customer service for spectrum we all do luck to everybody else.

Spectrum is a company that protects the legal privacy rights of the people at the bottom. I made an agreement with my wife and son: In my home, I will use Spectrum's network, and others will use other network companies' networks. But suddenly one day, the son brought a worker into the house and claimed that he wanted to install the network. I thought he would act in accordance with our agreement, but installing two networks at the same time was inoperable, so my spectrum network was terminated by my son, and my spectrum mobile phone number also terminated the network connection. Later, I found this store and asked to continue paying the monthly network fee to keep the use of my mobile phone number. Why do I have to keep the spectrum network? Because he will indeed protect your privacy rights, even when he faces government law enforcement agencies such as the FBI. Thank you spectrum!

Having Spectrum Internet was excellent at the beginning, for the 1st year . Now that Spectrum raised the prices of Internet & there WiFi , everything is gone higher. I'm not paying $70.00 per month. That's just too much. Tell you what , you have lost another customer for high prices on Internet. It's not worth it. That's just so horrible. If they want more customers, they need to lower them Internet prices ?

I had to return the Box because it was not recording they gave me a new box and after that it took all day to get it set up then it was having technical difficulties again 8:30 p.m. same day I'm calling back because it's a big black picture cover in the front of the screen now it's working fine in my room

Although some people complain about the touch pad to register , I never have a problem . Some people just seem to not have common sense . But the staff is amazing , Joseph helped me get through and provided amazing service . Thank you guys .

First let me start by prefacing this complaint with why I was there in the first place. Att, my current internet provider, has had an outage in my area for the last 2 weeks. With that said I was looking elsewhere for more reliable service and Spectrum is within my area. I stopped by the store to start the process and was instantly asked in a demeaning tone "did you sign in"? I responded with "no I did not" which the Spectrum service rep Humberto responded with "Go sign in". .....alright already off to a rocky start as his demeanor, tone, and choice of words was not customer savvy. I tried to use the sign in tablet but unfortunately it was extremely unresponsive and it took me 6 taps and 15 seconds to get past the English or Spanish screen. After trying to type my name in multiple times and the tablet being unresponsive I then told Humberto that he would have to sign me in as the tablet is not working. He replied with "I am not going to sign you in"......after that I told him "well screw this I guess you don't want customers" and walked out. I returned later and asked him for his name, which he provided, and then followed it up with calling me crazy after scoffing. I also found out that the customer he was helping during this whole ordeal did not have a social security # and your rep told him to borrow someone else's. I am extremely dissapointed with your customer service and shady business practices. All he had to say was no problem I will get you setup in a minute and you would have had a new customer without this review. I will also be following this up with the CPUCs Customer Affairs Branch with the details listed above

The staff there was very helpful. India helped us with our DVR box and also answered our questions about our bill. She helped lower it for us quite a bit as we are seniors and have a limited income.

What can you expect no direct service number to the store, over an hour wait. And unable to communicate with other stores for product availability. Whoever gave this store better then a one star is clearly fibing.

This Store is a nightmare they don’t work on a purpose it’s happens to be so slow that’s after you checkin you can spend more than 2 hours in Costco shopping and comeback lolz?

Their wifi connection is bad, they have at least 3 outages a month, I don't know why can they fix the issues permanently, Unfortunately I'm going to have to give Direct TV another try.
