Normal backing, professional, by apt only, will not let you arrive more than a half hr early, some street parking near the Fontana truck stop down the street there is no parking at that truck stop but sometimes if early in the day you may find as some street/curb parking near the truck stop, That truck stop does have a certified scale and a Cat scale. No Overnight Parking.

WTF HAPPENED TO THIS LOCATION....it looks run down on the inside, water leaks galore,over priced items lots of items out of stock and no carts...i was actually embarrassed shopping here i wanted to leave but my mom wanted her cabbage...sadly this will be my last trip here till they get their s#!+ together

What is going on with Fontana Smart & Final? The service has gone down with the new associates. There is nothing on the shelves always out of items. Before they had a good system going and never out of anything. Now there are no shopping carts to do your shopping. Hope they don't close their doors and get their game back.

Not bad, check in with guard she tells you what door, slide tandems, unhook and park by guard shack and they let you know when it's done, paperwork in back of trailer, close up, hook up and leave

I went to this store because I saw they had $10 off for $40 of frozen food purchase. I go and that promo is all over the store. I ask an employee if it's everything that is frozen or only select items, none of the tags say anything like this item eligible this not etc. She's like umm I'm new I don't know. Oh ok. I'm very considerate of the employee's and the people in line. I go to check out and before I get rang up I ask the cashier the same question, all items or select? It says it no where and another employee doesn't know. "Umm I'm not sure. It looks like you have all frozen so it should go through" she scans it all and no $10 deducted. She tells me it needs to be charged for the the $10 to come off. I told her it doesn't work like that and she said it did. So the receipt prints out and nope no discount. I'm like I keep asking for help and literally nobody can answer my questions. So she leaves the register to speak to the manager in a room, she comes back and says that each tag says if it's eligible or not. I'm like I read all that can the manage go back and show me those tags then? I've got time please let's go see that together. She says NO. The cashier Skyla and the manager both knew not true so refused. Then she starts getting upset and apologizing to customers for me taking up everybody's time. I told her I didn't want to and kept asking questions just to keep getting umm ehh idk answers. We finally finish and leave paying all full price and told her instinctly thank you when she handed me the receipt and she didn't reply she was so upset.To add to it most items in the store are missing price tags. I have to Google the item to get a price for it. Weights and Measures would have a good time there citing so much.

I like Smart & Final I go there for there deals I like shopping in big quantities so I don't have to go back for a couple weeks. And it close to home nice!

Lumper doesn't take credit or debit and the broker is gone after 5pm so i had to drive to the truck stop to pull money out of the ATM or my trailer would be returned loaded with a reschedule required ruining my next load.

I totally Liked working here on assignment with Ryder Smart and Final! I learned quickly and enjoyed my position though just my luck would have it that I had a female medical related issue and missed too many days! I honestly do appreciate the time here I learned a lot .

Wow, how the class of employees of this place has lowered. Unhelpful af. Stopped by with the wife to pick up a few items for Xmas dinner. I'd also forgotten my glasses, so luckily I've shopped at this store for years and was able to locate the items I needed. Well, except for a seasonal item, eggnog. So I asked a stocky gent with short hair who was stocking the milk isle if he could point me to the eggnog. He looked at me, shrugged his shoulders and pointed at the entire Isle saying he didn't know, maybe it was 'down there' somewhere. I know he didn't know I couldn't see, but really? So anyway, I told him I appreciated it and headed in the opposite direction to get my wife from another Isle, as she could see. Then, he calls to me back from the he Isle. I can't see him at this point, but I hear his hand hit the glass as he says "it's over here". Way to go on lowering the bar. Smart and Final, remove the Smart and make it Final!
