I have called multiple times for two weeks straight now and still no answer from the receptionist. They don’t return phone calls either. I am a dialysis patient and need to talk to someone in the office. I wouldn’t recommend this clinic if you want to good service.

I had a very good experience here on 9/21/23. Nice, clean lobby/waiting area. Not too busy. Everyone from the front desk, the doctors assistant and most of all, the doctor were just great. Very professional and knowledgeable and very nice. I will definitely come back here if I need urgent care in the future.

It was such a great experience taking my mom to San Antonio Urgent Care today. The wait time was short and the staffs were attentive. My mom was taken care by amazing PA Alfred Amgad, who really took his time to listen to our concerns and to provide his expertise. He truly showed his genuine care besides giving his best treatment. I am impressed by Mr. Amgad. Thank you for your care!

Horrible experience I got here at 10:00 they called me back at 10:42 and I sat here literally it was 11:40 I had a pinched nerve in my neck that was extremely painful so I pulled the call button for the nurse to see how much longer it was going to be and the receptionist came back told me first of all this pulled string is for emergencies only which I did not see that anywhere and I totally my extreme pain she said there are other patients in here not just you if you can't wait you can leave And then walked away never told me how much longer I was the next patient when I went back they said there was only one other person ahead of me I'm posting this but I really don't think anybody here would care what happens

If I could give .5 star I would. I’ve been in the holding tank for over ONE hour. Folks on personal calls it’s ridiculous!!I came to get a COVID TEST. I was feeling this bad when I arrived….

Through CA vaccine site I registered for my COVID booster. My appointment was for 10:00am, I arrived at 9:50am. There was NO directions in the lobby to guide me where to go for my APPOINTMENT. Finally someone was able to point me in the right direction. It was in the urgent care area. I had to check-in urgent care at the digital Kiosk and was 14th in line to JUST to get to the REGISTRATION desk! That means 14 people ahead of me in Urgent Care to resister for my appointment. We all know how urgent care works. There is NO appointment time if I’m not even registered. Do NOT come in thinking you will be seen within a reasonable time. Allow for at least an hour to just be to check in for the appointment. It’s almost 11 and I have not been at the registration desk for my COVID booster appointment. What’s the purpose of a vaccine appointment when I’m being treated like a regular urgent care patient?!!!

My mom had an appointment for her COVID booster. We had to wait in line with all the other patients that were walkings for regular urgent care. I asked a few times that we had an appointment and no update. We waited 1 hour just to get a booster. Bad service like always. San Antonio hospital sucks at customer service. It wasn’t busy at all maybe 2-3 people in the lobby.

Great care. The staff was understaffed but still kept a positive attitude and were efficient as they could be considering the circumstances. But most people here care and want to help you. But at the end of the day we're all humans imperfect and trying to be better. But the staff nailed it this time. Thank you.

I had an urgent care appointment at 1:00 and was told it would still be an hour wait. It is now 3:42 and I have been put in a room and still waiting. Now 3:50, Dr came and went under 5 minutes. Gave me antibiotics, which I wanted and did a strep throat test. Results in a few days positive or negative. It's now December 18, I may or may not have had strep but NO called with results. I understand that when you go to an urgent care you have to wait a long time but what is the purpose of an appointment? My 69 year old mom also had to wait over 2 hours a few weeks ago. How is she protected from other illnesses? Just sucks.

Their services have downgraded. The receptionist are not professional. It took me 6 months to get a referral with only 3 sentences. What a shame.

I went to Sierra San Antonio Med Plaza for a complaint of pain and possible fracture to my pinky and index fingers. Jeremy J. Neuner was very insensitive and incorrectly documented my discharge summary. When he entered the room he was rude and did not even ask if I was experiencing any pain or perform a pain scale, despite that being my primary complaint. He then proceeded to roughly move my right arm through passive range of motion despite me saying I felt discomfort in the way that he was handling me. Once I identified his lackluster and insensitive treatment I requested a referral for an X-ray so that I could then follow up with my primary physician. Upon receiving my discharge summary he gave me a prescription that he did not even mention or explain and diagnosed me with elbow tendinitis which was not in line with my initial complaint and could not be identified via the 2 movements he took my right arm through. Once I read the summary I requested to speak with him and he refused to come out. The MHA supervisor then suggested that I call his supervisor Kelly Price, whom I left a voicemail for and have not received a call back. I am a doctor of occupational therapy, I mention this because I believe that my formal training helped me to identify the unethical care. I'm saddened and infuriated by my experience and hope that no one else has to endure this.
