This fat Mexican chick made me stand in line when she was doing nothing but standing there she didn’t want to talk to me this chick look like she has herpes on her face, but I’m not good enough for her to take care of me. I need to stand in line, even though she’s just standing there doing Nothing. These people make me sick. And their shop is filled with cheap trash.

Always fair and honest. Used them off and on for more than a decade and have purchased some beautiful pieces, and let’s not forget the amazing jeweler on the premises “Tony” he is incredible. He has taken old pieces of jewelry and recreated them into beautiful pieces of jewelry. He’s so creative and talented with the art of making and repairing jewelry. Great place!

I recently purchased a piece of jewelry on the third day a stone fell out, i reached out to them that i was unsatisfied with my purchase and wish to be return my purchase and get reimbursed. As it was within the 7-day return policy they declined my request because according to them it was damaged. After arguing with them they finally decided to fix my piece of jewelry within 3 business days, 2 weeks went by, and I never received a call with an update/status. long story short they have poor communication as well as poor customer service. I would never be a returning customer after multiple unsuccessful visits and arguing with them. I am very unsatisfied with their service and unpleased with the customer service. I absolutely do no recommend purchasing jewelry from this location due to it poor value.

When I went to pay my loan back and get my very nice top of the line TV it had a piece of rubber sealing sticking out between the screen and the frame. It looked like a fat rubberband dangling. I simply asked how we can sort it out.The employee after flicking it a few times responded with "it's just cosmetic and it doesnt mess up the viewing". And only offered to take 1/2 off the interest. Also said it must of happened when the weather was hot the day before. Bad business. Poorly trained employees.
