“I was in need of some better insoles for some workboots I have been breaking in for a new job and did some research and found this store nearby in Fontana. The reviews didn't lie, the customer service provided by Victor Diaz was excellent. He was very thorough and knowledgeable in regards to what type of insoles I needed. I was particularly amazed by the technology used to scan my feet in order to determine what insoles fit me best. I bought the recommended soles the "Aetrex Premium Memory Foam L2300" that comes with a 30 day unconditional comfort guarantee and an extra pair of "Memory Foam by Form" just to try them out. I would highly recommend this store for any of your workboot related needs.”

“There is only 1 other review on here, but that was from years ago. This places is probably my favorite place to get boots. BOOTS REVIEW The other reviewed complained about the prices being to high, this place tends to have more quality and durable boots than the ones in the Swapmeet. They have many types of animal skin boots to choose from, They also have cheaper alternatives, so you have a wide selection to choose from, to fit your budget. You can also ask to view their magazine, which has even wider selection of boot brands, styles, and material that may not be in store, but can order and pick up in store with no cost. I got some Los Altos Square Toes here almost 1 year ago and they're still lasting me. CUSTOMER SERVICE- Walking in the door, immediately you get asked what you are looking for. The workers are very nice especially the owner. They always try to help in finding your size. That pretty much all I can say, they just do their job. COMPARISON- Bootbarn has nice boots as well but they are really overpriced and if they only have whats on shelf.You can order them online, but you have to pay. Swapmeet boot stores are cheaper but dont tend to last very long and you have a very small selection. Here you can find something in the middle, not to pricey and with a good quality. I dont really care much or pay pay attention to customer service but the small details matter too. Bootbarn usually gets packed and you're on your own to look for items. Here they always try to help each customer that walks in. This place is one my favorites”
“Really great customer service! Both of the employees who were working were extremely friendly and helpful. The store is very clean and organized as well. The only complaint is that they didn't have a large selection of shoe sizes for the shoes I was interested in.”
“I love this store I just moved from kansas city and here i found Nice things for my wardrobe I went there twice. But i would like to mention one of the employee(Graciela) gave me very good customer service, didn’t rushed me help me with everything i was looking for I spent almost 800 in 2 weeks there. I really like positive atmosphere everyone treated me respectfully including cashiers and hat guys lol. You guys are all awesome. Thank you will see you next week lol”
