The service is always great at the Kohl's I go to. The line moved very fast. The selection is plenty. Lots of items to choose from especially clothes. The value is pretty good. The Sephora makeup part of Kohl's is out of my range. Out of this world. Ha ha. But the employees in that part are excellent. They will help you find what you need and the lady that helped us was very knowledgeable about the products.

Kohls sends/gives you coupons anywhere from 10-40% off so you go in to buy things then when you get to the register oh your coupon doesn't work for this brand I can't stand this store, it only works for Apollo, don't send coupons stating 40% off of your entire purchase

This review is about a month or so overdue. I want to recognize the cashier Samantha for going above and beyond. I was checking out and wasn't sure what I bought was going to fit in my car. Not only that, I was positive I wouldn't be able to lift it. Without a second thought Sam asks her supervisor if she could come help me to my car. Not only did she come help me she did it with a smile on her face and almost all by herself ! We high fived after !! Hahaha !! Great kid you have working there !! Thank you Sam !!

Bri was so helpful and such a sweetheart! She helped me find the perfect shade match and even included some samples for me to try on at home! She’s very friendly and will help you walk out feeling more confident about makeup especially if you’re a beginner! ?

Terrible service here. The young lady at the front (long long white nail) told me we couldn't use kohls cash and a coupon, like what!? I've been doing this longer than you've been an adult. I did it online and boom. Kohls please train your team cuz they really suck at the register.

Inside the Kohl's store , in the same shopping center as Marshals , tons of parking space in the area . Jocelyn and Angie these two ladies were Amazing !!!! I was greeted right way as I step foot inside. The three employees were conversing among themselves when I walked in, but they all stopped to acknowledge my presence. A few minutes later Jocelyn came over to offer some assistance. Unfortunately I didn't purchase anything this time , I did asked for a sample , and also a gift for my September birthday month, November now and, Angie was kind enough to accommodate the past due BDAY gift .

I truly will never shop for myself here again, at least not physically. I went in, shopping was fine my family enjoyed themselves. Even went inside Sephora and those women were Angels, truly so helpful and very much appreciated and even offered to help check out some customers including myself because the lines were extremely long.HOWEVER, I had an issue with an item I scanned via my kohl's app not matching their POS system. Originally was 42 but app showed 26. Or something of that nature.Not a problem, explained it was cheaper on my app. The women were kind enough to try to get manager over ride. I work retail I am familiar with particular restrictions so again understandable. They call for their manager and I can hear the Sephora associates replying to their manager via in ear walkie talkie saying "Well no it does not really look weird or anything ". Hmm red flag but ok. Not the sephoras workers fault she's just replying to her bosses questions.HOWEVER, Silvia im assuming a manager( not too sure she never introduced herself), the manager who arrived came in and did not even bother to look me in the eye. Questioned her associates what it showed. I stayed back because of course managers have to verify. She then Continued to scan it with her device, which then matched mine. Ok seems like problem solved. BUT then she asked the girls if THEY had scanned. They said I (being the customer) scanned it on my app and she said, verbatim, "Yeah, but did you scan it with YOUR phone", to the Sephora associates. At this point I'm feeling uncomfortable AND thoughts are running through my mind wondering if I'm possibly being discriminated against. Chalked it up to her doing her job. But, she then scanned 3 TIMES with her device , the associates personal phone and pos scanner. Then to only reply that a number seemed off and THEN FINALLY LOOKED AT ME and said sorry the item says out of stock on our end so these tags don't match (even though the description color AND price matched). All this being said in a very accusatory tone. I then said well if it all matches then what is wrong. She said that it didn't match the product and she couldn't do anything about it. I replied that ALL THE slippers I was buying in addition to this other problematic item showed out of stock as well yet there were plenty on the shelf's so couldn't it be a system error? She then went on to try to scan my other items to verify what I said and said", well yeah but these prices match".I was upset at this point and said well aren't you supposed to to price match if this was a kohls pricing error?She said nope we don't have to.WTF???? So she was never outright rude to me but it was very much implied that I had either done something fraudulent with the tags or the scanning.This experience has left me completely disgusted with this person who represents this company.

Great products at a low price always. All very good quality. Though I wish Amazon returns were still here. Really a great location if you are looking to do some clothes shopping. Also wish they had more of my pants size but still really great

Bri was such an amazing girl ? ? She helped me find a good recommendation for a foundation & primer ! she was very nice and informative an all the products 10/10 will definitely come back !! ?❤️ She’s always on the floor helping someone and I love the work ethic !!

Friendly staff. The setup is similar to any other Kohls you have been to. They are clean and even have the amazon return drop off which is extremely convenient! Their products are always great and the return policy here is awesome.
