This service has incompetent delivery drivers who lie about speaking to customers. I waited all day for my delivery and they failed to deliver. Customer service claims the driver said he spoke to me on the phone and I said I didn't want it delivered. Absolute liar who needs to be fired. This company can't be trusted with packages. Shipped through Amazon.

I just want to say that Miguel dock worker and one of the yard dog guys didnt get his name are awesome!! I picked up a load from a different location 60 miles but that terminal was dark and the load was crazy over weight! Oscar also at this location was great told me to come to fontana and they would reload! When I say miguel went above & beyond would be an understatement....he helped make sure i got in the dock helped me with the scales & my tandems that didn't want to slide! We need more workers like him that enjoy there job & provide great customer service! I was tired & frustrated but he was professional & had a positive energy at 1am!! He deserves a raise & some recognition! Thanks again Miguel!

My experience with Saia was a positive one. From the representative who called me to schedule a delivery date, to the driver who arrived at my home, they were all extremely professional! Item arrived intact, transported properly, and most importantly arrived earlier than expected. Thanks again for your professionalism!

This is the rudest most incompetent company ever. Didnt show so has to call. Wanted to leave my 600lb delivery in the middle of the street. Blamed me because we don't have curbs(rural area of over 100000 people). Rude supervisors, sent driver with equipment that couldn't even take off truck. I warned I would be leaving bad review and they said do whatever you want.
