I had my coach fixed here and it started to chip, trying to get it fixed is a joke. Finally had to take it somewhere else to get fix, I would highly recommend Not using this company.

From day 1 we were lied to , we were told the job would be 3 months it was 9 months. We took our coach in at the end of Oct. finally getting it back after the 4th of July the next year. This was after going in person twice a month to see progress. At the beginning Ray would tell me it would be done in 2 weeks numerous times which was a lie. Ray was very good at asking for more money. When I finally picked up my RV it was filthy, and I had to call AAA for a jump because the batteries were dead. Tape residue is all over some tape still needed to be peeled off. The paint job itself is less than professional there are areas on the passenger side that look like a spray can finish. One of the stripe colors do not match . Ray's reply to that was in 2 years it will blend on with the other colors. In conclusion I wouldn't sent my worst enemy to this establishment.

My Winnebago Fuse had window and rear bumper damage. RV Paint Department repaired both items to look brand new. The repair shop was always easily accessible by phone so that I was always up to date on status of my repairs. I was well pleased with the quality of my repairs.

I dented my right fender while backing out of a parking space in a parking garage. Not knowing where to start, I went to Yelp to find good reviews on an auto repair shop. I found RV Paint Department right away. It is local and I got a quote within minutes of contacting the owner. This was my first time making a claim on my car through my auto insurance. The owner was very helpful and patient with me as I was figuring things out. He was great at keeping me updated during the entire process. I am very happy with the work they did on my car! I can't even tell I had an accident anymore. I would highly recommend!

This is an UPDATE on a review of RV Paint Dept as of 7/19/2021. First Off he is NOT LICENSED with the State of CA BAR which shoulod scare you right off... See his Delinquent License Status since 2018 in the pictures below. 7 MONTHS and this guy STILL NOT FINISHED.. His SHOP has now been CLOSED by the landlord / property owner He was Kicked out with my RV on the property... I tried to work it out with Raymond Lopez but he dosent call, text or email. I tried meeting him at his shop, but is NEVER there and when he knows your going to be there to meet him, he does not show up. So I try and work it out with him through the BBB and the Bureau of Automotive Repair but he did dodges the inspectors, and does not answer written requests... See attachment from BBB. I will post report for BAR once I have it. He is just all talk and NO WORK. If you want to waste your time and money then take your RV to Raymond. Once he gets your $$$ he will never call you back, never email you, never text you and in no way ever communicate with you. Apperetntly he was kicked out of his last shop in Mentone which was at the top of Crafton Ave, and has now moved a street over at the top of Opel. Do Not believe he is painting your RV in a paint booth either as he is NOT..... He is painting out in the open air in a Parking Lot. This Guy had my RV for over 7 Months and didnt do anything but ruin it. He pulled everything apart, threw all the parts and pieces along with their equipment inside my RV, sprayed some primer on it and didnt do anything else for 7 months, and then I had to go pick it up as the manger of his old shop told me if I didnt get it moved by 6/30/2021 he will have to tow it. So Finally I had to go and put my RV back together, pull all the crap he had stored in my RV out, Get the RV running as he let it sit 7 Months and had to get it out of his PARKING LOT he calls a shop. The whole story is really sad... I gave him a deposit of 5,000.00 on 11/27/2020 with a promise to finish within 2 months, After about 2 months I start worrying about when this will be completed so I call. He then sends you on a wild goose chase to look at designs you like on the internet (he dosent have any artist doing designs like he claims) and then has you send them in.. After that I dont hear anything again for months. He DOES NOT return CALLS AFTER HE HAS YOUR DEPOSIT so please do not give this man any Money. Bottom Line is Please save your $$$$ and Go someplace else. He May have had good business at one time, but all I see are negative reviews, and trust me there is a very good reason for them. See my photos below. I have some Before and What it looks like currently after all the Damage he created.

Probably one of the worst things in a business is an owner that does not honor verbal or written agreements. I'll let you be the judge. I took my RV to Raymond because it had a roof leak and there was visible mold in the cab over bunk. He had his roof guy give him an estimate of what time and materials would cost and so he threw a number out $10,000. After some discussion we agreed upon $6,500 to replace the roof, seal it and replace the wood on the bunk. We signed the contract and left the RV at his shop. After a month had passed he finally began work on it and we had a discussion in between that time in which he realized that my roof was aluminum and not fiberglass so he was going to have to charge me $1000 more and during that discussion he mentioned that if mold were found in the walls or extensive mold in the bunk that the he would have to charge me extra labor and "materials per receipt" because you never know what it's going to look like until you get into it. This was agreeable and I had him write it as an addendum to our original contract. As time progressed I would check on my RV and Raymond would give me receipts that included materials for the entire job even the roof (plywood for the roof and 2x4's for the roof, glue, screws, etc. and when I objected he would ask me "are you going to be difficult?" I assured him that I just wanted him to be fair with me and that I agreed to pay materials per receipt for rebuilding the walls and extensive repair on the bunk, not the roof. I decided to let this pass and paid him for the receipt and additional labor of an overlay to strengthen the roof (found he just pockets the money after speaking with his roof guy, he never got more than 4K even though Raymond charged me for additional labor twice). I also noted that Raymond was very generous in his materials estimate and I ended up taking back 2x4's, plywood and OSB board that wasn't intended for my job and got some money back (I paid for it after all). Once the job was done I went to settle up with him and wasn't surprised that he had an assortment of receipts that he felt I owed him (lap sealant for the roof, a molding for the roof and a coke for good measure). At this point you have to make a decision. Law enforcement doesn't get involved in domestic disputes other than to ensure people don't come to blows, small claims court takes forever and in the meantime Raymond will hold your RV ransom and force you to pay 70 dollars a day (rent) until everything is settled. I decided to pay this swindler and be rid of him. I can only warn the rest of you, don't do business with someone who defrauds both his customers and his employees it'll ruin your day... or in our case 2 1/2 months!

Raymond is a thief! Took safeCo's check to replace my awning and never replaced it or paid the money back. Also, never paid or picked it up from dealer. Blames covid for not paying his bills. Raymond ignores my messages and SafeCo's messages. DON'T trust this place!

Due to Covid, our insurance company was not going out to do rv estimates in person. After calling numerous RV shops in the area, we ended up at RV paint Department and I'm so glad we did. From the minute we contacted Ray he was more than helpful. Our trailer was in the shop the next day. We never had to do the back and forth with our insurance company regarding our claim he handled all of it. The trailer was in and out and the whole process was easy with no effort on our part. He gave us an honest time frame for repairs and stuck to it. We always knew what was going on with our insurance claim and what would be covered. WE WILL NEVER GO ANYWHERE ELSE FOR OUR RV NEEDS!!! Ray and his team are professional, quick and reliable. Plus we always had access to our RV if we ever needed to get anything out of it. Thank you for making a bad situation so painless.

Sent an email through Yelp on the 12th of February asking to get a ladder installed on the rear of my motorhome. On the scheduling section, the business owner entered the 14th of February and the service could be done between 0600-0800. Then he sent another email through Yelp that said he could do the work on Monday, February 15th. After receiving the first two communications that had conflicting dates, I emailed the business owner, requesting confirmation on the date and stated Monday would be okay. I continued to try to get some type of confirmation by emailing the business owner on Saturday and Sunday. The business owner did not respond until late Sunday. I emailed, asking AGAIN for appointment confirmation on Monday (2/15/21). The business owner finally answered "yes." On Monday February 15TH, I waited until 0900, then began trying to contact the business owner AGAIN. He did not answer. I guess theres just so much RV business these days, it doesn't matter what quality of customer service you provide.

Raymond is awesome. He did a repair on one of the legs of my fifth wheel trailer as soon as I called him. He got the job done quickly and for a fair price, and was a pleasure to deal with. Will definitely recommend.
