They post screenshots as an email from Ted Clavel but that's the furthest from the truth. I have text messages as proof . If they were inspected then why have there been issues before then why were the headlight covers missing ? Why did it have to get painted ? Why did I have to fix my own power mirrors and still haven't received my check for $380?How come I bought 4 trucks and the first truck had $10,000 in repairs ? How come I am having to replace bushings and have not had the trucks for even 2 months . Nice try and you guys are full of crap Do your damn job ethically as people spend their hard earned money on these trucks

Bought a $200,000 dollar Peterbilt. Even if you think you're spending enough money to get something good they'll sell you junk.It leaks water really bad from the roof, the refrigerator doesn't work. Engine starting problems. Inverter problems, adaptive cruise control problems. The list goes on and on...

In November a salesman "helped" us out with buying a new truck. When concerns of licensing and registration came up the salesman "assured" us registering the truck differently was legal and we would be okay. So because we enjoyed the buy so much we came back and bought a second truck from the same salesman. Today (Jan 2021) we found out that he lied to us and legally since it's not in the contract there's nothing anyways can do about it. So far his "assurance" has cost us over $1,000, but we shall see how much it will cost us in the long run since we now have to change our CA authority, our DOT licensing, and our registration weights. Yeah, maybe we shouldn't have taken his "word" for it, but after he said he would fix it and register the truck for us, we assumed (our bad) that he was correct. We will never shop at Rush again we will find a different dealer when it comes time (very soon) to buy a 3rd and 4th truck.Now after the 2nd time of taking the truck back for a single warranty complaint that was "fixed" we are taking the truck back for a 3rd visit on the same issue. These back and forth runs cost our small family owned company money that with COVID we can't keep spending.

Horrible Customer Service.. We drove 1 1/2 hours each way, to see a truck we had spoken to a sales representative over the phone asked for service hours at the FontanaLocation 14315 ValleyBlvd, Fontana CA 92335. When we arrived he was with a customer of which we waited over half an hour. We asked two other sales representatives, a man and lady if they could help and neither were willing to assist because we had spoken to a sales representative already over the phone and asked service hours. According to policy they can't help if you speak with someone. Instead they prefer to loose a potential customer and potential sale, which is what I asked if they were willing to do because they couldn't help. Both agreed and said the same, they couldn't help because that's the policy. Had never ever heard of such a thing, where a company is willing to loose a sale, when there are two free sales representatives that could have helped but wouldn't because we had already spoken to someone over the phone, just to ask for business hours. According to their corporate site:"Expect more with Rush Truck Centers.For more than 50 years, Rush Truck Centers has been dedicated to exceeding customer expectations - with the values that guide our business, the solutions we offer, the brands we represent, our facilities and our exceptional customer service. We are committed to keeping our customers up and running. No one offers you more than Rush Truck Centers."None of this was fulfilled today, we expected the best customer service, instead received the worst customer service. We are extremely bothered and disappointed, we have reported to corporate as well. Therefore, if you are interested and speak with someone over the phone. When you arrived don't mentioned because if the sales representative is busy with another customer, you won't get helped at all.

Our deal started fine but was told some questionable things. I asked for clarification and let their convoluted explanation slide because I needed an additional truck. We went back and forth with financing but when they received the wire transfer, you could hear crickets. They did not follow up with me or notify me to pick up the truck. I did not appreciate this unethical business practice because I own a small business and everyday I didn't have the truck working meant a financial loss. I had to go to their office without an appointment at which time I was told they were busy. Then they gave me a convulted explanation that they really didn't have the funds when I had confirmation on me. When I threatened to call headquarters including the President, they were able to help me quickly. I won't be purchasing another $85,000 truck from them that's for sure.
