Let me start off by saying Thank you to Jason. OK, his guy created a situation in my truck. The details of which do not matter. What matters is the way that Jason handled the problem and gurateed that it would be corrected. I live out of state so I had to trust. Jason took care of the situation personally and sent all the needed parts and compensation. In the world we live in this was huge. This place is "STAND UP" everything he stated, he did. When I am in Cali again I will stop by just to say Hello and shake his hand, THANK YOU

I continue to have the worst experience with all Rush centers...parts, service and collision. My experience began when I bought a brand new 2019 Peterbilt 579. On my very first run, the fifth wheel would not release. They kept the truck for several days before they agreed to replace it. Which means my truck was just sitting while they were trying to figure out the easy way for them and not the best way for the customer. My second experience occurred a few months later when the transmission gave out. It was initially down for four weeks. I took the truck out on a run and the transmission went out again and was down for another four weeks. My current experience deals with the collision side. When my truck was brought to them and I was advised that they were not busy and my truck would be ready in two weeks. Six weeks later, my truck is still there. They forgot to order parts, they don't call with updates and every time you speak with them you continue to get the run around. I also contacted the corporate office and nothing was done. My advice would be Never Buy A Peterbilt so that you Never have to Deal With Any Rush Centers!!!!

Brought my truck to get work done here I was recommend by a friend of mine and I don't regret it. I'm a believer getting what your paying for quality matters here. I have a 2015 389 peterbilt and I had couple modifications done here I spoke to Alex and Rafael and they both took good care of me. Thanks again rush peterbilt.
