I bought truck peterbilt 2025 579 inAug 2024.I look out the truck online rush truck center in Fontana CA .When I started the deal they said truck is fully loaded but my truck both sides mirrors are not automatic I have to adjust by hands like old school truck even though when you buy the basic model truck you got automatic mirrors adjustable.Also there was no fire extinguisher. when I reach out the salesman he said it should be there in the sleeper or in the truck somewhere, but I could not find it anywhere. I have to buy my own. after I made two trips on the truck they’re both differential rear and front got too high temperature goes up to 250 Fahrenheit .I drove only 4 hour than temperatures goes to 250 f than I have to take stop for couple of to cool it down. then I called the dealership and he told me to go get the nearest dealership. When I talk to the dealership, they said is gonna take 2 to 3 weeks to fix it because it under warranty. I am an owner operator. How do I am an owner operator. How do I make a payment? it was the worst experience to rush truck center in Fontana Ca. I did check the oil and both differential they both are good

I do not advise anyone to go to Truck rush Center Because they do not work professionally. My advice is if you want to save your money, do not go to Truck rush Center.

Its sad how Rush trucks work I don’t know if its their system or their personal it take a hour just to check for a part. If you need paccar parts its better you go to KW they are Faster and cheaper. To get a part st Peterbilt you have to plan for 3 hour waste

Had my truck in for some electrical issues. The shop managers got my truck in the shop in the timeline, they stated. The work was completed in a timely manner, and they got me on my way.The customer service here was incredible. I had a problem related to my work, and Jacob and Renee were amazing at resolving the issue.

I found one of worthless place right here in Fontana because they took about 18 day for diagnostics and they haven’t found any issue ‘ my truck had a coolant problem so when I ask to check out they took another 6 days for paperwork so I would to say don’t buy packer cu peterbilt even doesn’t have good mechanics,lazy people
